This is the second time we've brought Mom's fluffy cat for a haircut.
For the first time, due to inexperience, we started the situation, but specialist Anna (special thanks to her!) I dealt with the problem patiently and professionally. The staff even had to stay a little longer after the salon closed because of us, for which we are sincerely grateful to them!
The second time we didn't allow any difficulties, and everything went smoothly and easily. Thank you very much!

awful. I gave it to maltese (1600kg) To Victor, I couldn't cope in three hours. They called an hour and a half later and said they needed another session, and that my dog was aggressive. By the way, Molly never even barked at people or other dogs. This is the most loving dog in the world. Before that, I took my Molly to this studio and did everything smartly in 1:30, and both of us left satisfied. When I came to get her, they began to criticize me that I have an aggressive dog, and that I am a bad hostess, and do not take care of my dog. (My dog combs his hair every day, brushing his teeth several times a week, ears, claws, I do everything at home and take him to hygiene once a month). None of the studios where Molly was (4 studios in the account) told me anything. Everyone admired the dog's neatness and obedience during the haircut. She's never been a problem.
Let's continue: not only was I lowered from head to toe as a hostess, but also Molly was given to me all convulsing. The dog was shaking all over. They said that I owed them 20 rubles, since they had already combed the dog (I REMIND YOU IN AN HOUR and A HALF) and that tomorrow they could take it again and there would be another 75 rubles. Maltese has a total of 65-75 indicated in the price list! The administrator only added fuel to the fire with her comments, not trying to resolve the conflict at all. She also changed her price several times in a couple of minutes. When I left, I asked how much it would be and they told me-75 rubles. When I took it away, they decided to earn the maximum from me. I refused to pay for the procedure! That's why Victor hid Molly's leash and belt behind his back and didn't give them to me! LET'S ALSO HAVE a fight for the belt in your cabin for the fact that you couldn't do your job?!!!?! IT'S JUST A DISGRACE AND CLOWNING! Don't take your pets to them!!!!!!! I'm attaching my unkempt and aggressive Molly.

Due to the illness and advanced age of the dog, I did not dare to take him to the groomers and over the past 2 years I have launched the dog, since I could not maintain it properly on my own, I took a risk and came to this salon.
I picked up a new dog today!!! Now his fur is light and well-groomed, without stress, Woody has endured everything! Thanks!!!

We visited this studio with a cat and were always satisfied. But today's conversation is puzzling. They called from the salon and informed us that tomorrow we will have to keep the cat ourselves, because there are not enough craftsmen. In general, the point of going to the groomer is for the specialist to do his job on his own. And in this case, it looks like friendly help, not the provision of professional services.
This is equivalent to the fact that when a client comes for a manicure, he will cut his own nails..

Before coming, I was very worried whether they would get along with my dog. She is calm, but very timid. It immediately became clear that the working girls could be entrusted with a pet. Very friendly and caring.
I came with a husky during the molting period, it was combed perfectly. I took the complex: comb, wash, trim the claws and wash the ears. Everything was done perfectly.
And after the visit, even a photo of my dog was sent to messengers at my request)

A chic salon for your pet. The girls work very polite and sociable, they know their job very well. My cat was very calm with him, and he's also an alarmist.
Plus, they advised me perfectly, although I had already signed up for a certain haircut, but still, they showed me everything, told me, thought together how it would be more convenient for the cat.

I'm not thrilled, they cut the pomeranian. They didn't reach the ass, everything sticks out, somehow it's not harsh ..... It's shot in pieces along the body, you can see straight up the stairs, I can't even describe, horror, paws (pads) are also through the stump deck. It's good that pesel himself does not understand that he was badly cut. Probably would have howled!!!. I don't recommend it to anyone, unless it's under a typewriter, on a bald spot! Wow! We are really waiting for our busya to grow faster in order to fix everything.
