The best institution in Mogilev in terms of price / quality ratio. When I visit Mogilev, I always visit it. Amazingly delicious burger sets (there is an option for 6 pcs. and 12 pcs.), each 100 grams, perfectly go under beer. The beer appetizer set is also great. In the summer, I took a very tasty cold brew. A small disadvantage is that the interior is small and almost always full, you can't book a table on time, only a live queue. In summer, this is offset by the presence of an outdoor terrace.

The best find in Mogilev. The restaurant was recommended by local friends. They didn't regret coming at all. Responsive and nimble staff. Very tasty food. Mushroom soup is totally awesome. The French fries are fresh, straight from the heat. The sauces are original and delicious. Burgers for this price are simply bombastic. The original pitch. Everything is delicious. You can't find it in Minsk for this money and with such quality, the price there will be 2 times higher. We envy the residents of Mogilev and are glad that they have such a decent institution. Delicious food, drinks are both acceptable and completely for the amateur. The atmosphere of the place is good. Polite , pleasant, lovely waiters. They give the order quickly.
Cons:
It takes a long time to wait for a free table, especially in the evening. At the entrance to the establishment, the hostess greets you, but in fact they do not pay attention to you as a potential client. I have to look for a free place myself. If they pay attention and indicate where to sit down, they do not specify the number of guests for boarding. The hostess girl Tatiana did not say hello, was not polite, walked with a dissatisfied face. The menu was thrown on the table. We waited a long time for the order to be accepted, the waiters were not cooperating.

The management should think about recruiting more staff (waiters), it was very difficult to catch them for ordering, they took the menu themselves. There was a whole quest to make an additional order, and they waited 15 minutes for a coke in a bottle. With such a workload, the staff was certainly not very helpful, which spoiled the rest a little. There is a desire to visit this institution again

We got here on the recommendation of a friend, My son and I got to the institution 3.01, park in the parking lot nearby, ruble hour, pedestrian street, no other way). When we entered, there was one empty table that hadn't been cleaned, the guys just didn't have time, we waited, a more hasty couple sat down in these seats, that's all), but then something happened that I couldn't expect, a timid boy waiter informed the couple that the table was already occupied by us. The staff is very attentive, which is a big plus, we ordered 12 mini burgers, of course we ate only four, the rest we packed with ourselves. The presentation, the surroundings, we liked it, the son is delighted - what the father needs. Thanks to all those who participated in the creation of this holiday.

They walk past the tables like a guard, someone brought something, they go back empty, who takes the dirty dishes or glasses, they waited for pizza for 40 minutes, the girl just forgot about us, is it okay? Used lemonade bottles were put on the edge, and they also stood all evening until the place ran out on the table. Just because of those three advantages, I didn't get into trouble.

I visited this place today and every time my opinion remains at the Highest level. The staff and the variety of dishes are just the highlight of this wonderful place: Everyone is polite, attentive and understanding. There have never been any incidents or misunderstandings, so to hear and read about this in reviews is wild! Separately, I would like to highlight the hostess Tatiana, who greets new visitors. A wonderful woman who will always help you and tell you. If you got on her work shift, then you are very lucky! The restaurant is the best of the best in Mogilev. The most delicious food, cocktails, desserts!!
And when it's warm, it's very cozy to sit outside on the summer terrace! The waiter guys are great! But I would especially like to mention the administrator: the most sensitive and attentive to the guests, always solved all the hitches and the evening passed magically.

My favorite Burger House. Your food is the most delicious. The prices are very pleasant. I always come to you as a family, despite the huge queue.
BUT yesterday I experienced a complete shock from the service: what about your waiters? How are you guys? We sat down at a table. No one brought us the menu after 9 minutes. I went and asked for it myself. The girl accepted the order. The pizza was brought by a guy. And the cutlery???? I went to get the devices myself to ask. Always how many French fries were brought to the child in 5 minutes (I'm talking about full workload on weekends) - yesterday it was brought at the very end only because I went to look for someone from the staff again and remind them about it. Lemonade of our own production was made for a long time. We went to Lida for a beer, apparently. Well, guys? How is it? Drinks can simply be poured and brought. These are not grilled vegetables that we have been waiting for in good faith, because it is clear that they need to be cooked.
The mood was spoiled mostly due to the fact that this is a favorite place, and the attitude of the waiters is completely zero.
I'm going to come back to this place anyway. I believe that you will change the staff of the waiters.

I ordered lemonade of my own preparation - they brought sevenap with a slice of lemon, and then they proved that this was how it should be, they had to clarify that Chicken wings (although there was a feeling that this was a hairy huge wing of a turkey ) raw , but doused with liquid smoke , like sauce and fried , a chemical taste remained in the mouth . Salads are a separate song , ordered by Caesar and the author , but they are like a twin brother 's terrible : curly cheap salad leaves from grandma 's garden , poorly washed from sand , boiled chicken 😀 half a plate , Russian cheese grated . Horror, no taste, no serving.
I am writing a review for the fact that the administrator did not apologize once and even argued.
Go for the party, yes, for the food - don't even think about it.

There were a lot of people stranded on the street. Despite the weather conditions and after sitting for 30 minutes, we asked when the order would be ready, to which we were told "it's not time yet" and we waited another 30 minutes outside. We were approached several times and in the end it turned out that our order had not yet been dealt with, because the employees did not understand each other and forgot who took the order. Due to the weather conditions and the long wait, we were transferred to the gym, and then they drove us around and transferred us. They brought part of the order and after 30 minutes they were informed that they had run out of cutlets and that they did not know about it. They refused the rest of the order and left. As a result, we lost 2 hours and were unhappy with this place. I don't recommend it.

We often visited this place, ordered deliveries, everything was super, very tasty and there were no problems with service, BUT! In the last three times, only negative impressions remained.
There are no questions about the serving, everything was brought in the morning, with a full landing, but all the food is cold, I don't say anything about the taste at all..
The work of waiters is generally a separate topic, why do they work there at all, for beauty? All evening they searched for themselves and approached the waiters to ask for something or pick up dirty dishes.
The tables / chairs are dirty, the service leaves much to be desired, what happened to the food is not clear, everything was always warm, fresh, but the last few times, just tin…
It is a pity that this institution has deteriorated.

A cozy place where it's nice to sit, there are a lot of people, but there were no problems with boarding and accepting an order, the visit was on a day off in the late afternoon without an appointment. In the kitchen, we ate burgers, and the burgers are great. Prices are not space. The staff did well. I definitely want to come back here.

Pros: pleasant music; gloves and burger utensils were brought; cleanliness; beautiful interior and letnik; there are blankets for the freezing; sea buckthorn juice is good (it is sugar-free - maybe for someone a minus).
Cons: they waited a long time for the order; they did not bring the plates (I had to ask for them myself); they took the plate from the person who was still eating; there is no hot water in the toilet; 1 of 3 burgers turned out not to be very tasty.
I mostly ordered pizza - it's very good in all variations. This time I decided to try burgers and was disappointed.
I advise you to rename from "Burger House" to "Pizza House".
The lack of hot water in the toilet is just trash (immediately minus 2 stars).

Perhaps I got into such a period, October... or rush hour... But the first impression is exactly this: the place is decent, but the burgers were brought cold. I had to wait about an hour (52 minutes). Tea, I waited for the second portion for ~ 20 minutes.
There is room for this institution to grow. There are clearly not enough places. And a hot water bottle on the veranda, too.
