We regularly use delivery from BC, go to restaurants. There have never been any complaints. Now we have moved and ordered for the first time from a new restaurant. Not only was the courier almost 40 minutes late, but the food arrived all crumpled, cold, and the potatoes generally stuck together in one piece!
I called a short number, immediately sent a code for being late, promised that the manager would contact me about a frankly terrible order. So no one contacted, the manager of this restaurant clearly does not care about the customers.

We ordered delivery by 19:00, no one arrived at 19:05, called support, where they told us that there had been a failure (most likely they just forgot about the order) and our order could be delivered in 45 minutes, after 55 minutes we had to leave, but we agreed, we thought we would eat on the way At least. After 45 minutes, the miracle did not happen, the support said that they would check with the courier where he was and call back. They had to call us back themselves. They said that the courier would be there in 20 minutes, because we were in a hurry, we had to cancel the delivery. We were not offered any promo code, bonus, or discount for this joint either. The employee didn't talk very politely either.
