I really love burger king, I've been to almost all points in Minsk, but this bk is probably the worst. There are no monitors waiting for the order, you stand cleanly at the checkout and wait for your order to be made
Finally it was done, the order was not full and when I asked to report the pie, it was thrown cleanly to me. I understand that there is a lot of workload and nerves, but you can still keep yourself in control somehow 🤫
3 stars purely because my favorite burger king, don't spoil my impression pj :D

A lot of complaints
The first milkshake with chocolate turned out to be white, but I was told it was a chocolate shade.

Burger King is expensive, but insanely delicious in a hurry. I've been to Kirova 2 many times. They were confused, they didn't report anything regularly. Fortunately, when making a complaint through the application, they always called me back, apologized and somehow compensated everything without problems.

Yes, the food was prepared quickly, but since we weren't sure if it was our order, we decided to ask the girl at the checkout for help. They explained the situation about the lack of a receipt and reported that the debit from the card occurred from another address. That is, not even from this point specifically, but already from Pushkin) The girl decided to clarify whether we know the order number and, upon hearing our negative answer, said: "Then I don't know how to help you." Thank you, we probably know better what to do in this situation. In the end, we found out that it was still our food, though without one serving of potatoes. We had no problems surviving it, however, both the first and the second were cold. It was also not possible to use the restroom due to the lack of a receipt) Thank you for your indifference and a "pleasant" breakfast!

You can't say anything about the taste, ordinary fast food, nothing supernatural. But there are a couple of nuances of service:
1. Long wait. On Sunday evening (an hour before closing), I had to wait for my order for 20 minutes, there were nuggets, potatoes and a burger in the order.
2. Sanitary condition. There is an unpleasant smell in the toilet, the tables are dirty.
3. Order configuration. There were exactly 0 napkins in the order for 25p.
4. Non-working taps for drinks. Some taps from sugary drinks pour either ordinary carbonated water, or add a minimum amount of syrup, it turns out diluted, you don't understand what. Usually in such cases, they somehow mark that the crane is not working, but in this case there was nothing.
I think that the first two problems are purely the failure of the restaurant management, because 2 people (decided to come up to ask why we are waiting for an order for so long) for all tasks in sufficient running time (Sunday evening, at the same time it's a train station), it's not enough at all. 2 people will not be able to perform all the tasks of the restaurant (cooking and cleaning, taking orders, etc.).
