We bought a large volume of burgers, French fries, etc. for children before the train on 05/02/2023. As a result, it turned out on the way that the Caesar King burger and cheese medallions were not reported. They did not stop the train and return, but several children remained hungry! Although I have previously clarified whether they did not forget to report anything. I can only give you one star for this!

Burger King is like Burger King, nothing special, but there is very little space inside, sometimes there are a lot of people, the staff gets confused in the heat of orders, something will definitely be wrong or confused, we have to approach them several times (we were not informed of ice cream spoons, tubes, completely confused burgers)
Of the advantages on the street there is a nice terrace, it is much more pleasant to spend time there than in a stuffy room)

I just ordered a Shrimp roll + extra cheese. We cooked for 12 minutes. Order 2581.
I got on the train, opened it, took a bite, it turned out to be cooked with chicken. It is unclear how it could have been confused, because my order was the last in the queue. And the shrimp are visually different.
I had to throw it away, I'm hungry now.

After the food court was closed in Galileo, it immediately became difficult to have an inexpensive, tasty and quick snack in the station area. Burger King removes this problem to some extent. Especially if you, like me, do not tolerate McDuck and kfc. :))

Burger King is like Burger King. The only thing is that the room is too small where you can sit down at the table and eat what you ordered at this catering point. In fact, many people take an order and eat it right on the chairs of the waiting room.
On the plus side, there is the possibility of online ordering and, while you are going up to the waiting room, they can actually cook it.

I ordered a shrimp roll with a double portion of jalapeno. As a result, not a single piece of pepper in the roll. Two rubles is not a lot of extra payment, yes, but somehow unpleasant.
And yes, dear BK, I could not "contact the manager" about negligence, since I took him on the road. Unfortunately, I can't turn the train back.
