Probably the best burgers in town!
Juicy, the ingredients combine perfectly!
It's incredibly tasty and satisfying!
There is a summer porch, in summer it's the best thing to sit.
The only drawback is the long wait. Serving 4 burgers 40.45 minutes.
But, definitely, it was worth it!

We decided to visit this institution, and we regretted it. It was lucky that a friend really wanted to eat, and ate it without feeling the taste at all. We ordered burgers with ribs and cherries, the taste was not fresh pork, an incomprehensible taste, there were no cherries, as if the remnants of jam from the jar were anointed.
In general, do not waste time and do not spoil your appetite. Unfortunately, the waiters are not very friendly, they do not finish listening to the order, they take the glasses that are not empty yet.

Delicious, juicy and burgers, cool deep-fried snacks. I recommend trying jalapeno poppers.
There are few places, so if you want to visit a place during rush hour, book a table or get ready to wait. Even taking into account the full load of the establishment, the order was prepared quite quickly.
The staff is pleasant and sociable. A separate respect to the cute waitress girl who asked about the date and advised from the acute :)

A great place, the waiters are polite and will answer any question about the dishes. A good selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. I can recommend milkshakes to everyone. Burgers don't fall apart, meatballs are juicy, buns are soft, that's exactly what you expect. The price-quality ratio is on top.
Definitely recommend to visit.

I share my opinion about the institution, having been there 4 times. The administrator sometimes does not approach you right at the entrance, so you can get confused. The last time he visited, he was talking to his friends, and he was clearly not up to visitors. He came up only 15 minutes after we undressed and sat down at an empty table on our own. The interior is interesting, I liked it. There is a cozy summer veranda, which is a huge plus. The menu is not large, which is understandable, since the institution is more focused on burgers. The menu is electronic - you need to scan the QR code on the table. For me, this is more of a plus than a minus. Drinks are quite diverse - there are both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. There are not enough gloves, it is not convenient to eat without them. There is one big but. In each of my 4 visits, the burgers were delicious, but cold. The cutlet is hot, and the greens and tomatoes are clearly from the refrigerator - very, very cold. I don't know if it's just bad luck for me, or if they have such a concept in general… But this significantly spoils the impression.

Delicious burgers, but I didn't like the bun: it's poppy seed and sweet ... a strange combination with the rest of the ingredients.
The prices are average.
I really liked the atmosphere and the staff:
- nice guys
- helped with the choice and took into account preferences
- they were always there, but unobtrusive

I really liked it, the burger was great, the tinctures that the girl recommended to me (unfortunately, I did not remember the name) were good, although one of them was described much more vividly than it actually tasted (it was good, but expectations were higher))) . A very pleasant place with delicious food. We tried both burgers and salads/breakfasts. I was also pleased that the Dog Friendly establishment is allowed with a dog (of course, I want to believe that only those people who raised the dog will come in this way). The first thing the waiter girl did was bring a bowl of water for the dog, for that they would have added another star, but Google does not put 6 (:

BurgerLab. How much is in this word.
It is worth saying that this is not another institution with an emphasis on burgers on the menu. First of all, this is really a laboratory.
And everything is fine here, from the science of making perfect dishes, to the very "chemistry" that is conveyed by the mood and quality of service.
BurgerLab is one of the few establishments in Minsk where guests are really welcome and you always want to return there.
Definitely, I recommend it!

Very tasty burgers. It is better to eat on the spot, not for takeaway and not for online ordering to your home, because most of the taste is lost after cooling and warming up.
The atmosphere and interior itself are not pleasant to me personally, they are very simple, there is something not very clean, massive, overstayed, but it would be strange to expect something very civil in this regard from a burger joint, plus, I noticed that there are conscious amateurs for this, it's just that I'm not in their ranks)
