Let's not delve into how the most indifferent person to burgers ended up in a burger joint.
Let's talk about impressions.
I didn't expect anything. Generally. As a rule, they are all the same for me: bread, meat, ordinary food.
I don't remember which burger I ordered. They brought it. Beautiful serving, ruddy buns, cutlets, vegetables. I think, well, I ordered, Fields, so eat.
I'm taking a bite, so I'm taking a bite..
I've been here for a long time! Alas, I will not be able to describe the whole range of taste sensations, because well, I can not find the right words that could describe them, and I do not want to offend with a banal "delicious", but I fell out of the dialogue for an indefinite time :)
Returning to St. Petersburg, I tried to find at least something similar in the local burgers but in vain. She bit and gave it to her companion:(
Yes, they were good, but something is wrong, something is wrong. Everything is the same as before: just a delicious bun, just delicious meat. Ohhhh.
Maybe it's the Belarusian cordiality and approach, maybe when making these burgers, people sing love songs - I do not know.
But I'm winding down the search, and I'm starting to count down the days before my trip to Minsk.
From now on, there is only one burger joint for me.

We went into the restaurant, sat down at a table and the waitress left, silently. We are waiting for the menu, no one is going to approach us, we intercepted the waitress while she was serving the next table, asked for the menu. Briefly and dryly, "there is no paper menu, scan the QR code." We are trying to explain that this is not very convenient, that there is no necessary program on the phone, and at least some, but it was just wonderful if at least some paper menu was given. Again, the answer is "there is no menu", then, mumbling like, guess yourself, but scan the code and don't mess with my head, the waiter left. The guys at the next table helped and gave me their phone.
The attitude is simple...it remains to spit at the client, not a single attempt to help, but at least to advise, they say that there are about such dishes on the menu, you may like this and that. They didn't remember the name of the waitress, a blonde with a detached look.
Burgers are delicious, but no more foot, in any case, do not advise friends, just so as not to embarrass themselves...it was two years ago and there were no problems with the service. Now the level of the canteen is the latest. Just the bottom.

It's a very atmospheric place. There are tables for large companies (10 people). I tried a mushroom burger- for 6/10. The sauce is too salty, but others may like it. Gloves are not allowed, you can eat with your hands or with a fork / knife (I don't know who those people are who eat like that), there is a bottle of antiseptic on the table, so it's not scary to eat with your hands, but you need to stock up on a lot of napkins, because burgers are huge and there is a lot of sauce in them.

I was making my first takeaway order. The girl on the phone told me everything, advised me, but did not insist. They promised to give the order in 30 minutes. I arrived but it turned out that the order is not ready yet. Steam, full landing. They offered lemonade for the delay. He refused. We made a discount on the burger. They were taken out after 40 minutes. 10 minutes is not a very long delay. I recommend you to visit.

I came to the restaurant, they asked if I wanted to order with me or on the spot. I wanted to sit down on the spot and was offered to sit down and told that they would serve me in full 😂 I sat down, waited 10 minutes at most, very quickly prepared my delicious cheese, and by the way, it turned out huge, I did not expect 😌 In general, everything is correct with the recipe, the ingredients are in place, the cutlet is great, no streaks, feeling of cardboard or undercooked, I liked it, thank you :) I also ordered lemonade (the one with ginger), which is also very cold and delicious (they offer ice themselves). During the meal, a nice waitress girl came up and asked if it was delicious for me, for this a separate respect) I advise you!

The most delicious burgers in Minsk. That's what you can say about this place. There is a large selection of beer from the Volkovskaya brewery (in some beer shops there is less choice).
The additional menu on weekends is generally space. It is clear that they are working on the menu and are constantly trying to improve it.

I came to try a burger when the burgerlab was still a food truck, then it immediately closed and I waited 4 months to eat a burger again) The result was a stylish place, great music, cider, lemonades and beer are also delicious, French fries and sweet potatoes. I don't know if it's worth mentioning that I've already brought all my friends here) The staff is mostly good, but sometimes the new ones don't come across very well. Of the cons: the price often began to rise and it is a little high at the moment (including for cider), the second is that there is no smaller burger size. The suggestion is to also make a smaller than average size, since I and other friends sometimes don't go to the burger, because we don't want to eat so much) Otherwise, it's super :)
