On my last visit, I noticed that the iskender was made from minced meat. I thought it was a bit of a departure from the classic alexander flavor. The quality of the meat and the presentation was good, but it becomes more satisfying and delicious when made with a traditional recipe. The other ingredients were standard and sweet, although I hope I will encounter a more traditional alexander on my next visit.
