Everything is delicious for food, but there is a minus in the service, the cashier girl is apparently more passionate about the phone and communicating with the cook than work, the first time I got to her a few months ago, it was very difficult for her to distract from "business" correspondence, and today I got to her, the situation as a whole has not changed, everything is the same phone in his hands and zero reaction until he finishes.

It's a good place. They cook fast enough, despite the frequent flow of people and are quite tasty. The fillings are just right and there is a sufficient amount of sauce (if we talk about shawarma). Snacks are served hot and with a measure of spices (but you can also ask for sharper / more salt, etc.). There are always napkins in the package and it is well packed.

1/10 The first and last time we ordered food in this institution. We chose two chicken doners. They arrived icy, falling apart in their hands. Packed like pigs - just thrown into a bag in a piece of paper that covers only half of the shawarma. The ingredients on the website are stated - chicken / cabbage / carrots / fries / cucumbers / tomatoes / greens. What came as a result - cabbage with carrots in a pile of mayonnaise and a little chicken. We didn't find any fries, tomatoes or greens there! I do not recommend it as much as possible!

We moved to Gomel a year and a half ago. For a long time we chose where they cook delicious shawarma, tried many places, but stopped at Burum. Everything was good, it was delicious, I liked everything, we often ordered. But a year later, starting in the fall of 2021, things got worse and worse. We ordered it the penultimate time in December and it wasn't very good anymore. Cabbage began to be put much more, it is immediately clear that they began to save. The next time we decided that maybe it was a one-time thing, and we ordered it on February 3. Pork with cheese. When ordering, they asked for less cabbage, but our wishes were not taken into account at ALL. Meat is like a cat crying, and cabbage is half a kilogram. And in general, it has already become not tasty. Before, at least we enjoyed eating, but now it's just stupid mediocre food. It's a shame that there is no one standard, it's a lottery every time. But I know one thing for sure! It used to taste better, but now it's just tops. The campaign changed the staff (((. At the last order it was generally cold, although I took it 15 minutes after the order. It's a pity, but we won't order any more. We vote with the steering wheel, so to speak. P.S. you won't get far with such a staff.
