Rudeness, rude attitude at the moment of return of an expensive part. Keep in mind that you will have to pay back at your own expense. This is not the first time I have contacted this company. The impressions are very ambiguous. I put 4 stars in advance. The "human factor" is to blame for everything. I talked to the manager on the phone, everything is fine, s/h is available, come. In fact: I arrived, I got lost /disappeared during the move. The quality of the s/h must be understood - this is a lottery. By the way, there were no problems with the refund. Some guys come across as adequate and polite, others are the exact opposite. Plus, they are located in the city, minus - it is still not very convenient to get to them. The old place was, in my opinion, more accessible.

1. The first time I came to buy an air filter nozzle for a car. I called by phone and clarified in advance whether it was available and in what condition. They said that they were looking at the photo, everything there corresponds to the stated characteristics, photos and description. Although it was indicated in the description, call and check with the manager about the condition. Well, okay, I think, then everything is OK, I'll go buy. I arrived, waited for about 20 minutes, and the pipe was broken, almost in half! Of course, I immediately tell them how you can sell this, especially since it was stated that everything is OK. Well, of course, no one knows how this could happen, they told me to call the manager and figure it out. The pipe at this time cost 63 rubles. As a result, we agreed that they would sell it to me for 15 rubles. because I needed it assembled, but there was another spare part that would be useful to me, but the nozzle itself was broken, I also needed it. I agreed because I didn't want to waste time on another search later. Yes, and this price was agreed upon for 40 minutes, although they said we will settle it quickly now))
2. The second time I went to them to buy a "room backlight overlay", I call on the phone to clarify the availability as the first time. The ad contains a photo of the entire trunk lid, but it is indicated that the trim is for sale. I'm calling, they say on the phone, yes there is, come. I ask that they take it off, so as not to wait, but they tell me that before I take it off, I have to come and pay and after that they will only remove the spare part! I say, that's not how it's done! They start being rude on the phone and saying that this is how it is done and they won't work any other way! I ask, but what if I want to hold the spare part in my hands before buying and make sure that it is intact and I am satisfied with the condition and quality!? To which they replied, talk to the warehouse manager, and they will disassemble only after payment! Well, I think it's out....what's up, I started reading reviews, everywhere on the bumper and here and on Google, in general, people have a lot of negatives. I decided that I would not go to them, but it turned out that I was driving nearby, I think I'll stop by, maybe there's a person on the tube. unclear what or something else is wrong, who spoiled the mood, anything happens))
As a result, as you guessed, it was not there)) The guys from the warehouse, they say at the analysis, they can't disassemble it until I pay!!?)) I say, how so, I'll pay, you remove the spare part, and if the plastic breaks on the fasteners, what should I do? What do I need a guy like that for, and what do I have to pay for? Whoever removed the spare part, who broke it in his hands, is responsible and pays.... It's like that with them. As I was told not so long ago, such a rule was introduced. That is, you can forget about the warranty. I can't imagine if you buy something expensive from them, for example, an engine, they will most likely send you a fuck, because they immediately slip you to sign papers that everything is OK and you have accepted a high-quality used one.
The guarantee will probably be Filkin's diploma.
In general, as a buyer, roughly speaking, they sent me away, they didn't even give me a look at the product, they said they could bring the door and if it suits, I pay and they remove the spare part, if you don't like it, don't buy. That is, as such, there was no choice. take it or not ...
I do not urge anyone to take any action, but I urge you to think and buy if there are absolutely no options! It's up to you, I probably won't set foot here again until the approach to customers changes!

Either there is a shortage of people, or on the contrary they save money! The warehouse, as I understand it, is unheated and waiting in minutes. 20 feels very good. But in general, as everywhere else, the only + is in the city, while prices are quite competitive with those outside the MKAD, although renting there is cheaper.

We took off all the plastic protection that costs a penny, the old timing belt .... (This is already reaching the point of absurdity). Even the crankshaft pulley, camshaft. Bought the flywheel has already been sold. Once I took it on another disassembly, all of the above was included in the cost of the pole.
