The residential complex shown in the photo is located at this address. We rented an apartment on the 19th floor, but unfortunately it turned out to be in poor condition, as the apartment was found on the Internet through an ad and it was not possible to inspect it immediately. In general, the apartment turned out to be dirty, the Internet was not working and the apartment was chilly. We changed the apartment to an apartment in another entrance. The conditions were much better, but the problem with the coolness in the apartment remained, apparently this is the problem of the entire residential complex. By the way, there were no problems with the water, neither cold nor hot. The entrances are clean, the yard is fully fenced, there are shops in the courtyard. At the exit from the courtyard there are various cafes, shops and a beauty salon, which undoubtedly gives a comfortable stay. The courtyard is very quiet, it feels like the residential complex is at 30% occupancy. Great location.

There are many cafes in this building. I work in one of them.I like the Gemini market, I always forget the name. Everything is there.the prices are reasonable.the sellers are polite and always with a kind and sincere smile. I'm also a frequent visitor to Dion's store.
