Very nice building, warm, bright. The offices are spacious, for every taste and pocket. There is Parking, but there is a lot of congestion. Because of the nearby LCD. The building is located at a transport interchange, which is convenient to travel in any direction of the city. Nearby there is a large resin shop, as well as a vegetable pavilion.
