In light of my experience as a client of your company, I have to share my observations and tell you how they have affected my daily experience. It should be emphasized that constant interruptions in the Internet have become a systematic phenomenon that I encounter on a daily basis. This affects not only my professional activities, but also everyday aspects of my life, such as communicating with loved ones and gaining access to important information. The instability of the connection and frequent interruptions of the service significantly reduce my level of efficiency and affect my performance. It should also be noted that the stated Internet speed turns out to be far from an achievable goal. Despite the promises of high data transfer speeds, the actual connection speed leaves much to be desired. This leads to long delays when loading web pages, unstable viewing of video content and limited ability to perform online tasks. One of the most significant disadvantages of the service provided is its pricing policy. Given the quality of service provided, the high cost of connecting to the IStudent network seems unreasonable and even uncomfortable for the user. This factor, together with the other aforementioned disadvantages, creates a negative impression and leaves much to be desired. In light of the above, I have to admit that the Internet provider "Business Network" and their service "IStudent" leave much to be desired and cannot be recommended as a reliable and high-quality choice for customers. Insufficient quality of services, low Internet speed and high connection price make this provider unattractive in comparison with alternative offers on the market. Therefore, I cannot recommend the "Business Network" to anyone and strongly recommend looking for more reliable and high-quality alternatives.
