I don't know yet how the Internet will work, although the reviews, to put it mildly, are not comforting. I want to talk about something else. About communicating with a potential client. Gennady, the manager, got in touch with me. I swear, I have never felt such humiliation from the staff. He ignored the request to contact another phone number four times. He talked to me like a little girl, shaming me for every word. It's like I'm not paying him for this, but he's throwing money at me from the master's shoulder. He shut me up, pointed out that, you see, he had no time to talk and I could ask questions when HE was done. Thanks for the permission, my dear. Then he scolded me for this very phone number, although I repeatedly asked to be contacted differently in the application and in the dialogue. Several times in a row I mentioned different installation costs. Like, I'm going to have a cool, strong router, which means it's more expensive. That is, there is simply NO clear price list. He spoke of the master with contempt. Like, he's the boss here, and Alexander is just a simple installer, a performer. There are no questions for Master Alexander, a polite, understanding, contact man who answers questions and discusses details. Otherwise, I'm just in shock.

An excellent Internet operator. The Internet works perfectly — without interruptions and, most importantly, very fast. They warn you about all technical work in a timely manner. Technical support is available around the clock, they can solve any issue and fix the problem as quickly as possible. A nice girl Oksana works in the call center, who was happy to answer all my questions. I recommend students to connect istudent packages. I definitely recommend this Internet operator, I am sure that you will not regret connecting the Internet to them.

Dear representatives of the Business Network company, let me express my indignation at the quality of the services you provide, especially within the framework of the IStudent product. In light of my experience as a client of your company, I have to share my observations and tell you how they have affected my daily experience. It should be emphasized that constant interruptions in the Internet have become a systematic phenomenon that I encounter on a daily basis. This affects not only my professional activities, but also everyday aspects of my life, such as communicating with loved ones and gaining access to important information. The instability of the connection and frequent interruptions of the service significantly reduce my level of efficiency and affect my performance. It should also be noted that the stated Internet speed turns out to be far from an achievable goal. Despite the promises of high data transfer speeds, the actual connection speed leaves much to be desired. This leads to long delays when loading web pages, unstable viewing of video content and limited ability to perform online tasks. One of the most significant disadvantages of the service provided is its pricing policy. Given the quality of service provided, the high cost of connecting to the IStudent network seems unreasonable and even uncomfortable for the user. This factor, together with the other aforementioned disadvantages, creates a negative impression and leaves much to be desired. In light of the above, I have to admit that the Internet provider "Business Network" and their service "IStudent" leave much to be desired and cannot be recommended as a reliable and high-quality choice for customers. Insufficient quality of services, low Internet speed and high connection price make this provider unattractive in comparison with alternative offers on the market. Therefore, I cannot recommend the "Business Network" to anyone and strongly recommend looking for more reliable and high-quality alternatives.

They position themselves as the Internet for business, but in fact this is the worst Internet provider that I have met in the Republic of Belarus!!!! Constant Internet disconnections !!!! When calling technical support, you can only hear apologies and words that our equipment is broken and we are repairing it!!!! Internet failures occur REGULARLY!!!!!

We have been working with this company for many years. Everything was there, interruptions in the network slowing down, however, many providers have this. In principle , it was not often . But lately the Internet has become quite unstable. I was surprised that when I wanted to terminate the contract, I didn't hear a single question about why we were leaving, which didn't suit me. The service of the manager Gennady D is disgusting! The feeling that they did not address me as a client, there were 6 calls in 2 times! The specialist did not arrive at the agreed time to connect the Internet. Gennady made a lot of excuses, called to find out for sure if we had not agreed with a specialist on correspondence in messages. Well, obviously, if no one came to see me, then I had no connection, except for one call when we agreed on the time. Then I heard that I got it wrong and he thought I had changed the time. And he also called to find out if I had agreed on a time to connect and advised me to "put money into the account immediately afterwards," of course, I planned to connect the Internet to use it. Everything looked and sounded so stupid. Instead of solving everything quickly, they fooled my head with meaningless calls. Well, the cherry on the cake, he deleted the last messages. The penultimate one, that was the excuse. And last, there was the question "Why?" I do not know what the quality of the Internet is here, but if you can connect it properly, without this horror with the help of another manager, then I will write another review

istudent is the worst provider I know of. The Internet in the Minsk campus runs at 56kb/s at best, and at worst does not work at all. If you want to call technical support, be prepared that 3 rubles will be withdrawn from your balance, because the call is paid. It is cheaper to buy cards from Beltelecom.
