Today we decided to buy yarn with the child! Come on, the door is closed and there is no sign break or closed! She called the specified number and was answered in 20 minutes, then she was told in 10 minutes. We waited and waited, I decided to call again, and they answered that we would be in 3 minutes (we were stuck in traffic) in neither 3 nor 10 minutes there is no one. We went to check if the seller had come and the Closed sign appeared! I called again, first they reset it, and then they answered yes, it's closed! THAT IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO SAY IN THE FIRST CALL THAT THE STORE WOULD NOT WORK! AS A RESULT, MY CHILD AND I WAITED AN HOUR! AND YOU LOST CUSTOMERS WHO WANTED TO BUY A LOT OF YARN! And now I realized that I definitely won't shop in this store!
