We visited this restaurant with our family during the trip and were absolutely delighted! This is one of the few places where delicious cuisine, cozy atmosphere and surprisingly low prices are combined. To be honest, we went around several establishments in the area — here the cost of dishes turned out to be noticeably lower, and the quality was an order of magnitude higher.
The food is beyond praise: everything is fresh, with a twist, and the portions are generous. The interior is warm and stylish, with a sense of comfort and attention to detail. The staff was polite and caring, served quickly, helped with the choice.
I highly recommend it, we will definitely come back when we are in this city again!

We were here on 12.02.2025. I really liked the place. It was colorful, stylish, the food was delicious, the menu was large (they chose online menus, everything was local, but it was clear from the pictures), Russian music was playing. We came in at lunch in the afternoon, there were almost no people. The staff speaks little Russian (but the receptionist spoke, he helped make the order and chatted with us, told us about the concept of the establishment and that it was fundamentally important for them to keep local prices, not tourist prices.) prices are about 20% lower than everywhere else, although the restaurant and the food are delicious, it was very pleasant to choose without thinking about the budget. We ordered local wine, it was delicious, the selection of wines is very rich. We didn't regret it, at first we were worried about the high score, we thought that we had screwed up, visited and realized that everything was deserved :)

Today we visited a restaurant based on recommendations from one of the tourists' chat rooms. The menu is based on the code, it is in Russian. Everything matched up, everything was delicious, fast, the staff was well done, polite. We took meat rolls, lamb rolls, chicken rolls, and salad with crispy eggplant -it's just a bomb, very tasty! 😋 The lula is also delicious, I liked the chicken more, juicy. Yes, there are no people, but this is even a plus, you sit quietly, no one bothers you from the neighboring tables. They also washed it all down with delicious homemade wine. I recommend it!

I found this amazing place on Yandex.maps. How delicious everything is here!!! How cozy! Very friendly staff! My husband is from Baku, grew up here. We went to the restaurant, saw great reviews, and didn't regret it for a minute! Everything is really tasty and high-quality. I was especially impressed with the dish baked under the dough — fragrant, hearty and very beautifully served. The kids were thrilled!

Next, the furniture, the interior. Everything is more than in its place, there are a lot of interesting attributes and national flavor, fully emphasizing the hospitality of the owners and most importantly, it all looks very harmonious, not piled up. Next and most important is the food, and it will be difficult to describe it in words, but I will try very hard to do it.
Assorted pickles, delicious and very unusual flavors, stuffed eggplant and cherry in this version, it's actually something completely new to me, I was delighted, immediately I took a bite of the most delicate, fresh cheese cheese, light light beer, without bitterness and rich red house wine, Then Dushbara, its very I recommend you try the rich and very fragrant broth with small delicious dumplings, dry mint crumbs and vinegar served separately. We visited this institution today, 12/14/24, together with a friend, chose it after reading the laudatory reviews and focusing on the high rating in Yandex. A picturesque place with national cuisine. The owner of the establishment served us, offered to choose snacks, took out everything that was available on a large tray and showed us live. Our choice fell on a snack of eggplant, kutab with herbs, khinkali and red pomegranate wine. The appetizer, kutabs and wine were delicious, the khinkali was pumped up, because the juice mostly flowed out, a little later they ordered another chicken cradle, it seemed a little dry to me (since it was from breast fillet), my friend liked it. Music was playing in the restaurant and an artist was singing live.
The atmosphere is quite pleasant. The owner announced in advance that the service fee is not included in the bill, apparently leading to the fact that tips remain at our discretion. But, unfortunately, the impression of the evening was greatly spoiled by the situation with the payment of the bill ... Initially, the bill was not brought, they just called the amount in words, overestimating it by a quarter. Perhaps this is the norm for Baku and in general there is nothing special about it, but this is not acceptable at home.

We got to this wonderful restaurant, quite by chance, leaving mall 28, we typed in the "where to eat" route in Yandex maps, there was a large selection, we were guided by reviews, there was a rating of 5, and it did not disappoint us, the entrance was not upsetting, because there was a shopping trip along the mall, but I immediately noticed the interior attracted attention, carpets / or tapestries were hanging on the descent, and at the entrance they said wow, how everything is designed in the national style, but we're not talking about that, we went to eat, the choice is decent, the price tag pleases, the staff is friendly, they know Russian well, ordered dishes of Azerbaijani cuisine, the service is beautiful, fast and most importantly, very tasty.I advise everyone who is visiting Baku.

We had a vacation in Baku in April 25. It was dizzyingly delicious here.
We took soups, meat steaks, lula - the most delicious steaks were here!
We compared it with other cafes in the old city (Kurban Said, Old garden, Gabala old city), it tasted better here. The rest of the days in Baku remembered this place, I wanted to return, despite the simple interior and location in the basement.

Cheating with the account!
I do not recommend this place to visit.
It is quite possible that we were unlucky, but I cannot join all the positive reviews and even more, they surprise me. In order:
1. The menu is only in Azerbaijani and only in electronic form (therefore, either a translator will help you, or focus on the picture)
2. The order is accepted very fussily, everything is also brought fussily, everything is fluent and it seemed to me that it was intrusive, but perhaps this is how care is manifested…
3. All the items of snacks that are listed on the menu and we would like to try, were not available. Therefore, I had to choose from what is on the large tray that is brought to your table.
4. On food: kutab with greens is delicious, eggplant rolls too, khinkali are all torn and with leaked broth, chicken kebab is a little dry (but this is for my taste).
5. The situation with the bill was most upsetting (Because we knew what we ordered, then, accordingly, we knew which one the final cost should be obtained, but the cost was overestimated by 20%(((
It was terribly unpleasant, especially after they came up to us during the meal and informed us that they did not take a percentage for the service (which is actually surprising, since service is included in the bill in all establishments in Baku) and they really count on tips.
At the same time, the real cost was in the receipt, but another one was announced (why? with the expectation that they won't look at the receipt?).
It's a pity - the staff of this institution spoil the wonderful impression of their magnificent city with such a ridiculous and low deception!

Frankly speaking, I fell for the high rating and laudatory reviews. In fact, not everything is so rosy.
The staff really doesn't know Russian - the Google translator saves. There is a terrible smell of tobacco smoke in the visit. It immediately starts to tickle in my throat, and I don't feel like eating so much anymore.
One waiter says that there are dishes, the other comes up and categorically declares - "no, there is no pomegranate juice" - and leaves into the sunset. Doubtful, but let's move on.
The food was brought in dirty dishes. The sauce pan with vinegar was covered in some kind of light green slime, and the wooden planks glistened with grease. The glassware was obviously not taken out of the cupboard for the new year and was not washed. Everything is either muddy from antiquity, or dirty from unwashed.
Unfortunately, lamb stew causes heartburn. The ram was dying in vain.
Pistachio baklava turned out to be peanut baklava in the world. Suddenly. They even asked the waiter if it was definitely pistachio. The answer was in the style of "I swear by my mother"
Well, the final chord was coffee. For a long time we tried to find out from the waiter how Turkish coffee, which is not available, differs from Azerbaijani coffee, which is available. They said with the help of a Google translator, "there's more foam in ours." In fact, they brought instant coffee in a cloudy glass cup on a cloudy glass saucer.
Let's leave it at that, gentlemen. The institution doesn't like the word at all.

We took a salad, three hot dishes and drinks. Everything is satisfying, cheap, but this is not the most successful place with local cuisine.
