I STRONGLY recommend that anyone who wants to buy something in this "store" read the negative reviews first. There you will see a real assessment and the service that you will receive by visiting this place. Where 4.7 comes from remains to be guessed, probably a cheat. I wanted to write a detailed review, but other "lucky ones" have already written everything before me. In short, I purchased the original battery, which turned out to be garbage in fact. They refused to change it after finding a bunch of formal reasons. Although any adequate customer-oriented seller, seeing that a phone with a new battery turns off at 70% charge, would agree that the battery has become unusable. Which is quite a common occurrence in case of improper storage. After all, the production date is 2016, i.e. the battery is about 7 years old. However, the owner of this stall firmly believes that Everything he sells is of exceptionally excellent quality, and if you try to prove otherwise, this buyer is a fool. As a result, I actually have a broken phone, money spent that was not returned to me and the need to prove my case. Just a bunch of unnecessary problems for me. I will contact consumer protection and the executive committee, and I also recommend doing this to all those who have suffered at the hands of these bad (in my experience of interacting with them) people.

I ordered the original battery for a Samsung phone with a capacity of 1000 mAh. When placing an order, I also wrote in additional text that I needed exactly this one. They sent it. Not original, with a capacity of 800 mAh. I called them. I was told that they called me and warned me that the battery would be different. It's funny to lie like that and claim that this topic has already been discussed with me)))
And I guess I forgot? By the way, non-original batteries in other places are 1.5 times cheaper than theirs. In general, I do not recommend it!

Do not try to buy batteries for phones!!! They sell the marriage and then refuse to change it under warranty. Read other reviews there are many complaints about defective batteries. The seller does not monitor the quality of the goods and does not want to fulfill warranty obligations. Once you've paid off and walked out the door, forget everything, you won't get anything back. Avoid this place if you don't need a waste of time.

I happened to witness the communication of a service employee, and most likely the manager himself, with a client, a customer of spare parts for digital equipment.
They brought the part, it did not fit because they sold the wrong one, knowing that they were giving the wrong one!.plus, there was a correspondence and a photo where it was painted what we needed and what they would sell us... As a result, when the courier girl arrived for the part, knowing which one was needed, the workers still handed over the wrong one and another damaged one. Apparently, they hoped to push the defective and damaged part to inexperienced craftsmen. Insisting that she would have been suitable too... If she would have worked.I don't even understand that this is not a high-quality service... And fraud in relation to customers.!!!! Apparently, this is the order of things for them... And such an approach to work. But We can't do that to our customers!!! Who trust the repair of their digital equipment.. And therefore, having discovered a discrepancy upon arrival, they immediately returned to replace it with the right one.
This service was biased towards replacing it with a suitable part and somehow with a negative attitude.. Okay, they were replaced with grief in half .... The situation then repeated with the motherboard. They sold a non-working one. They came to replace it, reluctantly did it, dragged their time, and delayed it in vain. By the way, we agreed to meet in the morning and resolve all issues at the appointed time, when the specialist arrived. He was told that nothing was ready, why he had come.And they didn't even apologize.
I'll add it!!!It doesn't matter if the service is large or small, the quality of service provision and customer focus are important.!!!

We sold a headset that broke almost immediately. They did not want to accept the claims, so they had to solve them through complaints and the executive committee. At the same time, they said that they had a high-quality product, there would be no problems and that it was non-refundable. We tried to find a defect for several weeks, and then tell them that "the warranty does not apply to this product." And when returning the money, for some reason they tried to get my card number (it was so that I wrote the full card number with the date, maybe they would have asked for the pin later :-), even had to scare me with a call). In a word, they behaved like scammers who are trusted. The money was returned thanks to the intervention of the executive committee, when it was popularly and clearly explained that not only money would be lost in court. Tip: do not believe their words, take all the receipts and warranty cards, compare prices for analogues in other stores. In case of problems, contact the relevant authorities.
The only bonus is a flight on a time machine: I felt like I was in the 90s in Minsk on a railway station, where used things were stolen somewhere, they were trying to sell them as new and "a guarantee of the boy's word".
After reading other reviews, I decided to add my own story. Apparently, not only did they behave like scammers with me - they tried to "breed me like a sucker", I advise everyone to read other reviews and be vigilant

Well, the cherry on the cake, of course, no one gave a check. After learning about this, I called them with a claim, and with a demand to return the money for delivery. To which I was told that somewhere in another section of the site it is written that delivery up to 50p is paid. And if I want to return the money, then bring the goods back to us. So why should I return the product if I need it. In short, I do not recommend the store

I bought a battery for my phone, I drowned the real volume in advance, the male seller on the phone said that the battery for my phone model would be about 80-85% of the original, I arrived, they said when buying that the warranty is valid only when installed in the service. I believed that the battery was normal, I changed it myself (there is nothing complicated, it takes 5 minutes). As a result, the actual battery capacity is 60-65% (AccuBattery pro program), in fact, there was no point in installing it. They won't take her back, and I don't need her half dead. Money and time were wasted.

I strongly advise those who are just thinking of buying something in this store. I had the displeasure to buy a battery for a tablet in this store. It all started with the fact that after installation it turned out that the battery was completely discharged. Then, somehow, it worked intermittently for several days (the tablet could suddenly turn off by 80, 90%), and after that it began to turn off completely immediately after turning on. Fortunately, I did not throw out the old battery and it was safely installed back in the service. And lo and behold, with a native battery, which is 8 years old, the tablet worked without any problems. But the most interesting thing began when I took the purchased battery back to the store. As I understand it, only the store owner decides all questions about the return of the goods. I outlined the whole situation to him, to which he began to rub in all sorts of "game", that the charging was probably bad, etc. At the same time, the fact that the tablet works without problems with its native battery did not bother him. He asked me to bring a tablet and a charger. Okay, the next day I came with the whole set. And then the most interesting thing began. He took the tablet from me, connected it to his broken cable, to the other end of which a charge current cluster was connected. At the same time, with small movements, shaking the cable near the charging connector of the tablet. Naturally, with these movements (especially considering the gouged connector on that cable), the contact in the connector periodically began to disappear. At the same time, he tells me: "You see, this is some kind of malfunction in the tablet." Then I offered to connect my cable. Connected. And he tried to do the same manipulations again, but without success. Then he said: Strange.))) I admit, I haven't seen such a performance for a long time :) After that, he told me that he would take the battery he bought from them for research (and not to the service center, but at his store), which would show whether it was working properly or not. At the same time, he refused to draw up the acceptance certificate. Instead, he wrote something in the receipt. Naturally, this did not suit me, especially since he is an interested person. I demanded a refund for the low-quality product. Moreover, the seller refused to install the battery they bought in the tablet and make sure that it really does not work normally. Motivating this by the fact that he does not have to deal with the tablet. To my demand for a refund, he replied that without his written refusal to refund the money, no one would conduct an independent examination, and now he is not ready to answer at all whether he will return the money. To this I replied to him: "Okay, now we will write an entry in the book of comments and suggestions, and you will be required to send a written response by registered mail within 15 days." After that, I demanded to provide me with a book of comments and suggestions. He provided it without any problems. As soon as I opened the recording page, compromise options started to sound from him. I tell him, "Okay, I don't mind, put me a battery that will work fine." To which he replied to me: "the installation costs money, I'm not going to install anything for free." I say: "Well, if you don't want to solve the issue humanely, we will act in a legal plane." I just took out a pen, and I hear him say to the cashiers: "Okay, what was the cost there?". Then he tells me to hand over the check, at the same time handing me a bill. At the same time, even without drawing up a return certificate. At the same time, he told me how much "good" he thinks of me, and added that I should not come to their store anymore.)) The attitude towards customers is of course "on top".
People, know your rights. Don't get fooled by any "noodles". If you are absolutely sure that your device is normal, and the purchased toavr is of poor quality, feel free to demand a refund. And if you are refused, ask for a book of comments and suggestions, in it briefly describe the situation and the demand for a refund or exchange of goods. After that, the seller is obliged to send you a response to your request by registered mail within 15 days. After that, you can safely contact the consumer protection society, they will tell you about the examination, etc. In no case should you give the seller in this store a low-quality product for any "research" and "expertise". Because the examinations that have legal force can only be carried out by service centers with the appropriate license. In fact, the seller does not even give a warranty card, instead it is some kind of copy of the receipt with the offer on the reverse side.
Be vigilant, do not let yourself be deceived!

I ordered a set of accumulators in this store, 4 pcs. type AA. In the morning, I placed an order through the shopping cart of the site, for pickup, indicating all my contact details (phone, e-mail) Later, an employee called me back and said that the product is in stock and you can come for it. I call later the person who called me and said that the goods are there and you can come, I ask why no one called back and said at least that there was no goods and that I did not go to them empty. I am told that people come to the store and say "we are behind the order " and they are given the product, although it may not even have been ordered / reserved. And they can't even ask for the order number and what name it was ordered for. Although these are all stories, and the product is simply not available, and the level of service of this store does not allow you to call the customer and warn about it.

The horror!!! Do not buy batteries for phones in this store – they are defective. I haven't worked on Xiaomi MiMax for a month. I came to return the accum. under warranty (6 months), the seller refused to accept it. Referring to the fact that the battery is not his, but the sticker with the store's logo, I glued it over. The battery was so defective that even the inscriptions on it were lost (I carried it in my pocket for a while). When I first bought it, its charge was ZERO!!! (It's important to check, D.B. about 50%).
And then the most interesting thing. When I demanded a book of comments and suggestions and said that I would not leave everything like that, he THREW another new battery at me. Like take it away and took the book of comments and suggestions. The accum was deformed from the impact (this is how hard he threw the accum). And now the funny thing. When I demanded a book of comments and suggestions again for such an appeal, I had to return the new battery thrown at me for this.
Conclusion: do not contact this store.
