Bust of the hero of the land defense of Port Arthur, General Roman Isidorovich Kondratenko, who graduated from the military gymnasium in Polotsk in 1874 and after whom the Polotsk Cadet Corps was later named. Unfortunately, the 2008 renovation, the original bust, installed in 1910, was destroyed in the 30s of the 20th century.
