It is unclear why a monument was erected to this man (the absolute majority of residents and guests of Minsk have no idea who this is), but they could at least attach a sign describing the activities and contribution to which he deserves a monument in the city center.

The monument lacks a historical story about the person to whom the monument was erected, but this will never appear. But to believe that it can happen will be great.
