What kind of down jacket I gave away was returned. She was rude, the administrator raised her voice - she made me sign that I had no complaints. Do not trust them with your things - they detain you; they give you back the way they handed over.

excellent dry cleaning service. I was afraid to give up my long light wool coat, thinking that maybe it could be accidentally ruined in the process. but I was assured that everything would be fine, politely answered all questions, examined all the places subject to special attention. the result exceeded my expectations - I took the coat fresh, as at the time of purchase. It seems to have become even more gentle to the touch. and brighter/lighter. even darkening/scuffing, cuffs on the sleeves, on the bend of the elbows and hem were washed off. they creatively approached the seam on the back of the lining that had parted in one place - they did not suture it (because it would have parted even more if worn), but cunningly ironed it so that this parted place was less noticeable. this is not necessary, because the place inside is not visible, but attention was paid. It's nice! in general, great emotions for the whole day. Thank you for your work!

Super! I took my favorite yellow raincoat to the dry cleaners, painted with a ballpoint pen from the bottom of my heart, without any hope of a result. Everything has been cleaned, and my thing is with me again. The girls (receptionist and seamstress) in Punta are very nice, I also made loops on my trousers - everything is sewn very neatly. I work nearby, and now I will also clean my jackets regularly. Thanks!

I gave an autumn jacket for cleaning. I ordered the cleaning service itself + I was offered a special treatment of the product from congestion. Since there was already a sad experience with a down jacket, I asked the consultant if the stuffing inside would be damaged. I was assured that everything would be fine, the jacket would not lose its shape. As a result, all the dirt has been cleaned, but the stuffing lives its own life and travels all over the jacket. A notice was attached to the hanger stating that the stuffing was damaged, and everything possible was done. Question: why was it initially misleading? To sell an additional.a service? Well, one more thing: employees do not have electronic records on site, everything is kept in the format of a million pieces of paper, magazines and receipts, without which it is impossible to pick up your thing. There are no complaints about employees in this regard. Please ask the management to think about the moment with electronic document management. It's time to move with the times.

After dry cleaning of a winter down jacket, fluff climbs. At the same time, dry cleaning does not give any guarantees… Dry cleaning of the down jacket is the first, before that everything was fine, nothing climbed. Also, the administrator assigned me some kind of VIP dry cleaning without explaining how it differs from the standard one. Apparently only at a price… Administrators communicate rudely. I will not contact you again and I do not advise you.
