I gave away jeans with an ink stain, and they told me everything at the time of acceptance and explained the possible outcome options. Additionally, they called during work and asked if I was ready for the fact that the fabric might become lighter in place of the stain, I agreed. An SMS message arrived when it was ready. The fabric did lighten up a little, but my jeans already have a mottled color, somewhere darker, somewhere lighter, so I didn't even immediately find the spot where there was a stain. Bottom line, if you don't know where to look, then jeans are perfect, this is the perfect option for me, jeans got a second chance. Many thanks to all the staff!!! I used to take my wool coat to the dry cleaners. A very pleasant woman received him, told him about all the risks, examined the coat very carefully, entered all the defects in the form and recommended to change the buttons. I didn't see much difference after the dry cleaning. The coat started to look worse in places, but that may be my subjective opinion. Objectively, the coat was returned with a torn pocket, which was definitely not the case before (we remember about the attentive receptionist). I put on the coat 3 times and 2 of the 6 buttons fell off. It can be assumed that they were not sewn, but a pocket was sewn together with one of the buttons. I believe that the work has been done in full, but its quality, unfortunately, leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend dry cleaning, I did not like to change the buttons myself for the money.
