I highly do not recommend this place. Plus, the reviews are being deleted!I took the jacket to the dry cleaner on November 30. When examining the jacket after dry cleaning, it was found that there was no non-removable element in the form of an elastic band on the rivets located on the back. When I said that this element was missing, I was told that the organization was not responsible for the fittings. And they told me to leave the jacket, saying that they would look for the lost item. After 4 days, I came back to the point and my jacket was not there. The employee himself did not know where the jacket was.They said that she had been sent for examination, but I was notified about this.When talking to a lawyer, the examination was conducted for 5 days, but 4 days passed and as a result, the examination was not conducted.But when I was asked why the jacket was taken away at all and I didn't know, I heard silence.The service is disgusting. The staff of the points cannot answer any questions.
