As a result, the refusal, during the registration of which they could not properly explain on the basis of what the passport data is being rewritten and why the refusal is being issued on my initiative, since I was just FOR the provision of services, but they did not have a lock for which the money was originally paid, and in the end I had to find the right one myself.
