An excellent city cafe with fast service and a clear menu. The waffles are really delicious, there are plenty for everyone. After giving up disposable tableware, it became even more pleasant and tastier. They make their own tinctures. Try it. I would also like to mention the pleasant staff!

The dining room on the 4th floor is a great place for those nostalgic for this format. A large selection of dishes, dishes are clean, whole, tables are clean. The prices are very low: a salad of really fresh vegetables and a cold salad (sparse) - 2-2.5 rubles, fish meatballs - 5 rubles and very tasty. Coffee is 3 rubles, but not very tasty.
It's a bit noisy, there's no beautiful view from the window, but as a dining room it's super.

Last weekend, my husband and I visited the new cafeteria on the first floor of the department store.I thought it would become one of the favorite establishments in Minsk, but... We ordered a cake, tea (in a teapot for 6 rubles) and coffee. I did not drink such tea even at school in the 80s of the last century. In a fairly large teapot at the bottom there was a fine substance -"tea", in an amount not commensurate with the amount of water. I can't even politely convey his taste. In the main department store of the country, I consider it simply indecent to serve (sell) such tea.

I ordered a standard lunch: borscht , potatoes and pork cutlet. The borscht turned out to be very salty , the portion of potatoes is less than standard compared to similar establishments nearby , and the cutlet turned out to be quite good , but also several times more expensive than in other similar establishments nearby.
The menu of the day does not match what is on the selection. The only plus is that they were served with a smile and a pleasant mood.

The food is not tasty, a softened waffle and an incomprehensible mess in the form of chicken with mushrooms in a creamy sauce. The dishes are disposable, which really spoils the impression. At the checkout, the girl did not even take her mind off the phone conversation to take the order and calculate. The situation is no better on the ground floor. Desserts and coffee do not match the stated prices. In general, it is not a very pleasant impression🙄

Of the advantages:

Cons:
Sea buckthorn tea is a chemical shit, syrup diluted with boiling water.
The potato cake is old and dry.
The waffle was generally atas, taken with flaxseed ice cream and salted caramel. Ice cream is like ice cream, but you can prop up a rickety chair with a waffle, hammer nails or patch a hole in the wall (well, you get it).
The staff's faces looked like they had worked 18 hours in a wild heat, but we came at lunch and besides us there were a couple of tables with pensioners in the cafe.
