I had to apply on the advice of a friend, the amount of 600-700 rubles was previously announced for the work. Without agreeing on the amount, they made repairs and, when issuing, brazenly announced the amount 3 times more. Some replaced parts are in the "piece of paper", which was issued 2.5 times more expensive than in the ekzist or avtoostrov. I regret that I did not sign a preliminary written agreement and did not bring my details.
Be careful with them. After them, the car began to work a little worse, I had to bring it to mind on my own, because they wanted to take money off for additional work again. Maybe it's just my bad luck!

They do everything wisely, the staff is polite, adequate in communication. It is very convenient that they immediately order spare parts, the price tag is acceptable. If some spare part is needed during the repair process, they will buy everything, and popular consumables are always available.
There was a jamb: after replacing the hub bearing on this service, the new one started buzzing a couple of months later. Since the bearing itself was bought immediately, it was changed under warranty completely free of charge.
I am serviced here regularly, I travel from the other side of the city.

The staff is polite, spare parts can be ordered in advance (if not available) After 11 months, a controversial issue arose (I have a rather short temper), which was calmly, promptly and efficiently resolved in favor of the client. Regular customers discounts on spare parts - a trifle, but nice.

About a month and a half ago, the lock in the trunk broke and stopped opening, on the Almera. Something was tampered with, they took the money. But the lock did not work correctly, stopped closing and opened on its own on bumps, and errors began to burn on the devices.

We arrived at the service station with the problem of generator failure (we found out later, from the official service), as a result, they took money from us and said, quote: "you had the bolts screwed up incorrectly, we did everything, put it right, everything is fine with you, you can go", it was still embellished with jokes about the hands of the masters who put it on.
There was also no conclusion on the diagnosis of the generator, which casts doubt on the fact that it was removed and diagnosed at all.
After driving literally 1 km, an error popped up again and problems with electronics resumed, the car just stalled in the middle of the road. Immediately, a call was made to the service station with a description of the situation that had occurred, to which the answer was received: "we can't do anything, he's going to another service station."
Later, the official service made a diagnosis, issued a conclusion, immediately identified a breakdown and it was decided to replace the generator.
To further appeals to the red car service station asking for a refund for incompetently providing services, we were given an answer, a quote: "well, it didn't fall off" and a refusal to refund the funds. Also, I would like to note the incorrect behavior and manner of communication, the mechanic (unfortunately, we did not remember his name).
I strongly do not recommend this service station if you want to be sure of a high-quality repair!

All epithets such as fast, efficient, high-quality, respectful to the client correspond to reality! Previously, the administrator specifies which detail to put in the price category (lower, medium, above average or high) and based on your preferences and money you choose yourself, at the same time, the administrator advises that it would be better (I think this approach is the best of all), if you put cheap China, then you should understand that this is a roulette game and only take offense at yourself (if something happens to the car on the road). Naturally, a job guarantee and all relevant supporting documents are provided. Special thanks to Master Andrey, a professional in his field!!! Today (06/06/2022) I repaired the Renault Megan 2 engine (diagnostics and repair of the engine cooling and lubrication system). All the work was done perfectly, malfunctions were detected in both systems, and not extracted from a finger, but real and not for the purpose of breeding the client for money. Spare parts have been ordered and delivered, replaced and installed. The guys do not grab stars from the sky, but just work, I trusted them and I must say that in business I did not get off the tree yesterday, I have been doing business since the early 90s, including selling cars from Japan and the USA.

They are very flexible in the price of work, an adequate approach to assessing the cost of work, they will not take too much!consultation and availability of spare parts, also pleased. During the replacement of the corrugation, the need to remove the catalyst was identified, they also competently consulted, offered options, and oriented the price. Now I'm not happy to say that the car came to life, to say nothing, it just became an airplane, all 163l.s. As it turns out, they didn't run away anywhere)
