After getting out of the car, I outlined the front of work once again, said that I understood everything, the waiting time was said to be about 1 hour, maybe more (the waiting time seemed to suit me too), asked me where I would wait, I answered in the waiting room. It seems like he got to work, but not to my car, but went to wash the belpost car, I went out to ask why, he replied because she would leave first, I say that I was 3 in line, but everything turns out differently, said that they have excellent service in kovychki!
After a while, he came and said that he had finished all the work, after checking the work, another young man came out to calculate, I asked for a book of complaints and suggestions, he replied that it was not there, perhaps the director had it, we never found out where the director and the book were, he clarified what happened, I said that your work in in general, I am dissatisfied, I was answered well understood and that's it. She made the payment and left only at 15:45.
