Good day to everyone.I recently visited Alanya and, on the recommendation of friends, stayed at the Carmen Suite Hotel.I was pleasantly surprised, and for a fairly modest amount of money for staying at this hotel, I received excellent service.Spacious, clean room with all amenities.Polite and attentive staff.I would especially like to mention the manager.It's amazing how a person manages everything.Omar perfectly organizes a simple, where it is cozy and sincere. We had a rest in September and October 2024. We liked everything, the hotel corresponds to 4 stars. Service, accommodation, the location of the hotel - all within walking distance of the market, shops, pharmacies, you can walk to the Menut 10 sea with a calm step. The hotel has a pool with a slide, and the guys use an online translator at the reception. All issues related to check-in and accommodation are resolved upon check-in with the Omer manager. Business applications are submitted to the reception and executed. We really enjoyed it, we plan to visit Alanya more than once and stay at this hotel.

We stayed at the Carmen Suite Hotel several times in 2023-2024 for 2 months. There are apartments in the hotel(1+1)(2+1), They are spacious, the layout is good and comfortable. Large balconies. We were given all the kitchen utensils. We cooked the food ourselves. There are shops nearby. Market.Beach. Very convenient location. The price corresponds to 4 stars. We had great rooms. There were some problems, everything was solved. The manager of Omer speaks Russian and English. I recommend this hotel. We liked it.

A great apartment hotel for your money! It's not my first time coming here! At any check-in at any hotel, discuss all the questions at once and there will be no problems! If you are applying for everything perfect and new, then look at prices starting from 1000€ per month.
The room is large, everything you need is there. It is possible with animals, which is a huge plus for me personally! The location is perfect! All the shops are located downstairs, the sea is 10 minutes away at a calm pace.
I recommend it! I will definitely come back again! And already, a regular guest.

A large apartment with a huge balcony overlooking the sea on the 8th floor. I really liked the location of the hotel. There are several shops, bakeries, pharmacies around. There is a fish market nearby in 2 minutes. The sea is about 8-10 minutes walk away. Room cleaning was provided upon request for a fee. Since we stayed at the apartment hotel for a month, we cooked the food ourselves. Also, upon request, the manager provided us with a full set of kitchen utensils.

I was here in July 2023 for 2 nights, by train with my family by car. There is no parking, I had to leave it on the roadway. There are complaints about the staff, regarding the fact that they move freely in the room in our absence. I want to mention the manager separately - he walks there like a wedding general. Poking his nose everywhere, still trying to make jokes. He stands at the food distribution in the lobby and distributes especially meat products, shouts and is rude. Where are the 4 stars here?

Not really. There is no kettle, spoons, forks, nothing. They clean mediocre, and the kitchen stinks all the time. The advantage is the size of the room, you can say it's like a small apartment, but apart from the size, there's not much else to brag about. My friend's bedclothes were changed, the bedspread was in some holes. I really didn't like that our disposable plates were thrown away-if you don't give out your own, don't throw away someone else's. I also want to point out that my underpants, which were lying in the bathtub, were removed without our knowledge and put away somewhere. Not terrible, but obviously not good.

I moved out on November 11, 23. for electricity 1000 and for water 600. the deposit was returned, though in lira, but it's not a problem for me, I bought the currency from the beach. approximately 43 thousand rubles per month. the price and quality are quite normal for me. They enter the apartments (rooms) without asking, even if you are not at home - they will come in and do their business (fix the faucet, for example, which we did not ask to fix, but they decided to come in without even knowing if we were at home), they have keys to all rooms. It's not safe.
He rents to each family at a different price, some for 500, and some for 1000, just to get money somewhere.
Yes, the location is good, there is no doubt about it, but it pales in relation to the horror that is happening to the staff at the hotel (which has changed 10 times in half a year of our stay, saying that it is impossible to work with such a boss), and dirty repairs

The first and most important thing. The hotel is cheating with the price. That is, as in Anapa. We book at the same price, three months before arrival, we arrive - the price is twice as high. We traveled half the country, there were different things-and the number does not match the photo or the linen was not changed in front of us. Everything is solved. But the deception....
So, now in order. The location is normal (for fans of the Russian Southern Coast, it's just right -a kilometer to the beach, even further to the center), but it doesn't matter to us - we didn't have to go to the beach. The room is clean enough (mold in the bathroom and habons under the kitchen do not count - I don't care about spending the night), even the iron was given for free. Wi-Fi is paid, as well as condey-take condey, it's generally evil-the room is big, but terribly stuffy. There is no hot water in the morning. As a result, there was a reservation for two nights, we paid for one (at 10 pm with a child after 600 km on the way, we were not up to scandals) and left for another hotel. Although I was even ready to pay for the second night, but the owner was terribly offended by the change that I poured out on the table for him))) In his opinion, there are no rooms for the money that I was promised. And his managers made a mistake with the price and that's my problem. I sent him to where he belongs.
P.S. It is very unfortunate that many people pay 2200 per night in this kennel, really coming to rest or even from tourists-well, add 2000 and there will be a normal hotel with food, beach, etc. ....

The manager is a cunning liar. When checking in , I asked him what and how , he doesn 't say anything of what happened in fact !
He said that a maximum of 1000 liras per communal apartment comes out , but in fact 3139 liras came out in 23 days . This is a huge amount in such a short period, my husband and I were shocked, well, we won't argue. When checking in , he demanded € 25 more for water , although why is the amount taken initially if he does not know how much water I used up ? He also wanted me to leave him a deposit , since the money was blocked in the account , they gave me my husband's passport , and the most ridiculous thing is , they wanted to pick up my passport today , they say to pay for cleaning for the room 400 lira . Is the scribe just 2 t for cleaning the room ? although they allegedly cleaned everything during check - in , but in fact hair is everywhere , dust , dirt , I won 't talk about mold , the bathroom is all in mold , I cleaned it with a remedy after 9 days everything returned . I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! By God, I don 't advise it , I wouldn 't rent a room here for a long time for more than 5 days !

I sincerely do not understand why the hotel has 4 stars? There are only 3 stars, no more. Probably, the extra star was given only for the fact that the rooms here are more than 3 stars. And this is indeed the case, the rooms inside are wide and with a huge balcony-veranda, and illuminated at night.
We had a vacation quite recently in July 2022, and I want to say that if your budget allows you to take a 4-star hotel, then take another one! You will be 100% disappointed.
Of the advantages:
- it's not noisy at night, that is, there are no loud clubs /mosques nearby, etc. therefore, you can really get enough sleep.
-it glows funny inside and out at night
- some of the staff speaks Russian, and in principle people smile, outwardly pleasant, friendly
-there is 1 small slide in the pool
- nice view from the balcony
-large rooms
-curtains are almost black out
-nearby in neighboring houses there are necessary shops, cafes, a taxi call button – convenient.
-working air conditioner
-you can change the currency at the reception
Of the cons:
- when we checked in, I immediately saw that they were obviously not ready for us, because there was dirt and dust on the furniture inside the room. I had to run around tired with wet wipes and wipe everything everywhere. Unpleasant.
- the furniture is shabby, old. There was even a lot of it somewhere, it just took up space.
-the mattresses (we had 2 beds in 2 rooms) are terribly sagged! It's creepy! You just lie there and feel the springs digging into your body.
- the pillows are lumpy, it's very hard to sleep.
-there was no electric kettle and any dishes (I have met this in some hotels in Thailand, it is possible and should not be here)
-they did not give out: toothpaste, shower gels, etc. They gave out only 4 packs of shampoo and 1 soap, that's all.
-sinks, etc., were also dirty, someone else's hair was lying somewhere (after that I was not sure at all that they were cleaned and disinfected efficiently after each visit of guests)
-bed linen and towels were stained (but at least clean)
-in 7 days we had the floors washed only 1 time, and the sheets were changed 1 time and then on the last night (but here I do not know exactly how it should be according to the rules). At some point, we even threw out the garbage ourselves, because all 4 cleaners got sick at once (that is, they obviously did not have a replacement at all)
- towels were generally changed by themselves, because they constantly forgot about us
- the safe is here with a key (NOT a code one), so I had to carry the key with me all the time
-like drinks should have been included, but they charged us money for tea
-for food: well, it's not tasty at all. Of course, we are quite picky about food ourselves, but still. From meat: chicken and fish in different variations. From fruits: watermelon and melon. Well, all kinds of salads, etc. The juice was served here heavily diluted and sweet, we didn't drink it afterwards. I can't say anything about alcohol, we haven't tried it. It is better to eat in the nearest cafes, inexpensive, but at least tasty.
- it's sooooo stuffy in the elevator, there's just nothing to breathe. We lived on the 5th floor and it was hard every time, I can't imagine what it was like for others who lived above.
- they don't give out drinking water – everything is bought by yourself.
- well, in general, many issues were resolved slowly, I had to remind you several times
-wi-fi was constantly intermittently working
It's a little more than 1 kilometer to the beach, but it was just right for us. We like to take a walk)
To sum up: will we come here again? Definitely not. We will be looking for a real 5- or 4-star hotel.

We were in August 2021, a good, solid, tired troika hotel. For non-demanding people who need a clean bed, hot water and do not want to use the conditioner. Friendly staff, towels were always taken by themselves at the reception, they gave a view room, on the 8th floor, two-room, large balcony, the whole city and the sea in the palm of your hand. There is a refrigerator and a hairdryer. As an apartment hotel with a kitchen, it works for Turks and residents for three weeks or more. Excellent location, shops, market (with restaurants) 7 min to the sea. They really try to please for tips. And they consistently impose paid services. The breakfasts are monotonous, and not very tasty, they managed to serve shitty unripe watermelons in August. It is normal if you are without children, in a car and not tied to a feeder.

According to Tolstoy, the manager, who speaks Russian, this is the first time they have such a thing. However, it was really dirty in the room that they were settled, that the first one was the second, the bulls were found under the beds. The sink was constantly clogged because the owners spared money for a normal siphon. There is no hot water, then intermittently, in the evening only urgently. No way, ever. Tourists are not spoiled, they have a lot of experience in independent tourism, but they have never encountered anything like this. The devil managed to go on a tour package. I'm shocked by the hotel. They settled not in the main building, but in a separate building. The room is completely smoky. No airing helped. There were no towels in the room when checking in, and a pillowcase with traces of mascara. The sheet is already used. The claims by the staff were perceived as a personal insult. They only remembered the pillowcase, giving it away without any apologies, as a favor. Not a single hanger was found in the closet. There is no soap dish or brush cup in the bathroom. Even in the most run-down hotels, such items are present, albeit in the cheapest version. The toilet didn't work, we fixed it ourselves. Unfortunately, the hotel is fully paid for as part of the package tour. The advice is to avoid the hotel, perhaps when booking from a booking the hotel is more customer-oriented, but not in our case.

A disgusting hotel. It's clearly not 3 stars. I stop at 3 stops all the time, this is the first time I've seen this. In the 1st cleaning, it just doesn't exist. During the 13 days of our vacation, they did not clean once. For 13 days, they gave 1 small bottle of shampoo, 1 disposable mini soap and 1 roll of tual per person.papers. The towels were changed 1 time and this time they were given 2 rolls of paper. There is simply no sound insulation in the hotel, you can hear everything, moans, conversations, how people wash, etc. but most importantly, our windows overlooked the pool with music screaming until 12 at night. The walls and windows are made of G. Therefore, no matter how we all closed the windows and stuffed earplugs into our ears, nothing helped and it was impossible to sleep.The mosque is very audible at 5.30. The mattress on the bed is unrealistically hard. It feels like you're lying on the pavement. The cupboards are all empty, there is not even a plaid and there are only 3 clothes hangers. Also, when we booked a hotel, we chose apartments with a kitchen. But in the kitchen there is no stove, no kettle, no dishes at all. The only thing that is and thank you for working is the refrigerator. I strongly advise no one to ever stay at this hotel under any circumstances. After the vacation, we arrived broken and sleepless.

The pool is clean, there are a lot of children. It's 10 minutes to the sea. The sea is clean, there is also a lot of smoking, respectively, all this is in the sand. Nice rooms, 10 min walk to Cleopatra beach, shops and restaurants are plentiful. Restaurants are especially useful because the food in the hotel is bad. You can forget about cleaning, we had cleaning 1 time during the week of our stay, the floor was swept, towels and bed linen were not changed, toilet paper was taken by ourselves at the reception. Turks come on weekends, it's just not possible to approach the pool at this time, there's a queue for food, it's very unpleasant to relax like that.
