A complete negative ...I ordered the diagnosis of a car in Grodno Lexus rh 350 2016, asked to pay special attention to the quality of repairs after an accident, whether the langerons and geometry are in order...Upon inspection, it was announced that there were no surface violations of geometry, the spars were intact, the car was recommended for purchase. Total: there is an under-stretched spar, gnarled seams from welding, the brains of the car hang on snot, the rest will be visible after removing the bumper. It's a complete shock, not a carpraise. I did not have the opportunity to inspect the car myself, because I am in the Russian Federation.

In a nutshell, I am very pleased with the selected car and the work done, and I am very disappointed in the abundance of sellers who pour into my ears just a cosmic amount of garbage that has nothing to do with reality. I ordered a turnkey Santa fe III, I was immediately warned that it would not be possible to find it quickly, but it is possible, since the budget is adequate for the market, which suited me quite well. So for a month there was nothing to choose from the many viewed, I decided that I needed to add more options. Without going into details, it didn't get any easier) At the same time, Ekaterina was always in touch, the guys reacted quite quickly to the departure, including several times they went to the regions, looked at each car thoroughly, in the report 100500 photos, videos and diagnostics + explanations and recommendations + the best (there were a couple of them) went to the lift (which, by the way, once a year the day off was opened, the head came for an inspection, as I myself was in Minsk and the option was burning, as it seemed to me). In general, for almost 2.5 months we found a decent version of the one that we ordered initially, in the right color, configuration and condition with the signature "we recommend" :) Given the meticulousness of the check, I thought there were no such things, but there are not) By the way, then they were escorted to the traffic police. The company's work is so-so, to be honest, but in order:
Half a year of reviews and not a single recommendation for purchase (out of ~ 25-20 reviewed options), and there were only 2-3 full-fledged reports ...
The inspection of good options may not take place at all, because the manager does not know with what frequency he views ads! (I had to monitor the ads myself and take them off so that they would deign to call and look, but in response I only heard that "OK, they put me to work" and silence! And after a couple of hours there is no announcement and it's not the fact that they called there!)
On the weekend there is a substitute manager - this is a separate story about a lost person who does not understand, or the main manager did not provide accurate data for selection ... because he threw all possible ads even without looking at them!
A little bit about the work and the proposed options: 3 models are taken into work and from these options they are looking for a more worthy option. But in order to change the selected cars, you need to beg the manager already!...the same is true with the addition of the model, because one option, as it turns out, was not a running one and ads for it appeared once a month... and the manager did not really want to be the initiator in this!
After 4 months, the manager was asked to make a selection from the models that are on the market and relevant, as a result, this list was proposed and I agreed to it, and *** the manager disappeared for a month and a half! No reply, no greetings... I thought they were looking for (here I will explain why I did not write to them: because there was a lot of work and there were almost no days off, and this time flew by very quickly!), but they did not even bother to read the message that I agree to the proposed models!!
in the end: I had to give up such searches, it's a pity of course, the money spent, but most of all it's a pity that I lost so much time!!!

First of all, I liked the attitude towards the client. Without any pretense, very cultured guys, they told everything in detail, the car was accepted on time without delay. According to the results of the conducted maintenance, sores came out on the chassis, which is not surprising on our roads. The missing spare parts were purchased by the craftsmen themselves. Moreover, they advised what needs to be replaced first, and what can wait until the next one. I will not say that it was cheap. But I think in other places, and even more so on a branded service, it would be much more expensive. Of course, I did not climb under the car and did not check the quality of the work, but I got the impression that people understand well what they are doing. I plan to use this company further.

Firstly, there are no impossible tasks for these guys, they undertake the selection of any complexity, even if the Client is not easy and has many requirements and conditions that seem impossible at first glance.
Secondly, they practice a business strategy (I don't know if consciously or not), which is called "Excess Exchange". That is, they give the Client much more than what he expects under the terms of the contract. In particular, in my case, the search was difficult and slow (almost 2.5 months), and according to the terms of the contract there should have been 12 visits to specific cars, but since we could not find an option that suits me for 12 inspections, eventually this limit was exceeded 3 times (I stopped counting, so it was even a little uncomfortable). This is an exchange with excess, as a result, the Client is satisfied and sincerely goes and writes an honest, unbiased comment. Here's how I am, for example :)
I would like to express my gratitude to the company's experts, who often identified "pitfalls" at the stage of the call and dismissed such options, as well as warned against certain options after an on-site inspection.
And, of course, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to manager Ekaterina, who led me by the hand all this time, was constantly in touch with me, including during off-hours and on her days off, showed superhuman patience in the process of interacting with me! I decided to buy, because the main problem areas were the lack of security systems and partial painting of the car. There were no questions about the engine, automatic transmission, suspension. Unfortunately, we were not lucky with this car selection company.We signed a contract for "Turnkey car selection", we had enough for 2 weeks and we ended our cooperation. During this period of time, there was not a single departure for the specified car brands, there was one answer to all "technical reasons", which began from the first day of cooperation.
The last straw was when the car that we liked and we even called the owner ourselves and agreed that they would come to inspect the car, not only did they not leave, they did not even call the owner, because they had another inspection, apparently more important.
Another company examined this car faster for its client, they immediately took it away, which even had a review on the Internet.
I am very sorry for the lost time and money.

I ordered an auto-pickup service in the fall of 21. The car was picked up in 2 months. The car was examined on the computer, after a hundred, it seems like a decent option, it was rolled for half a year and when the time came to pass the inspection, I find out the unpleasant fact that there is no handbrake (in general, no cables, no mechanism, nothing). I have never used the handbrake because the car is automatic and I calmly kept it in the parking lot. I'm not going to blame anyone, but someone has not finalized, either a hundred or a selection. It is impossible to find spare parts at car disassemblies, and new ones come out in 600 rubles of repair. The warranty does not apply if the car is older than 3 years, so forget about it, there will be no guarantees. Be vigilant, but it is better to check the car yourself again, then it is not clear why the selection 🧐

I paid for the selection of the car on 06/21/2021. From that moment to the present day, no decent options were offered, and those that were were missed due to insufficient efficiency (sometimes cars were viewed weeks after their appearance on websites). I think everyone understands perfectly well how important it is to react quickly, because good cars are bought very quickly. I find it hard to believe that there have been no suitable offers on the market for such a long time. Moreover, there were months in which I did not receive any car options for inspection at all. As a result, there is no result for the money I paid, although the manager stated before the payment that the search would take a maximum of a couple of months in this budget.
In short, the result is zero, inspections of cars a week after the ads appeared, months of silence, 9 months of waiting, an offer to continue the search for a repeat payment.
