Nice and cozy hotel. Location is fantastic, just few minutes walking to Republic Square. Good breakfast. To me it was like small family hotel with very hostile personnel. Rooms were not too big, but neat and clean.

Great hotel, I recommend it to everyone!
The location is convenient, there are many attractions nearby, but at the same time it is quiet, there is no noise from the streets. The only negative thing during our stay was the loud neighbors, good audibility from the hallway, but it wasn't critical. Cleaning is always on time, the room and furniture are new, excellent repair. The breakfasts are delicious)) The staff is attentive and friendly, always helpful and helpful.
I would also like to highlight that a charming white rabbit lives in a cage on the ground floor of the hotel, he is just lovely))

Excellent hotel, city center, but not noisy at all, very polite staff, they will tell you and help you, arrange a transfer if necessary. The breakfasts are a bit monotonous, but delicious and everything is fresh. Towels are changed every day, cleaned too. A wonderful hotel! I recommend it)

Excellent plumbing and water pressure. Our room was small. But we didn't need large spaces. The room has air conditioning and a kettle.

Very convenient location, the very center, 2 minutes to the square. The reception is round-the-clock, the staff is polite, we did not have drams in cash, but we checked in at night, said that we could leave nothing as a deposit and pay tomorrow (nowhere else would they allow it like in Yerevan!). The rooms are fresh, clean, the first cleaning was done right in the morning while we were at breakfast. The rooms are small, but they have everything. A hotel that can be safely recommended!

We were in Yerevan on March 10-15 . We chose this hotel, we are very glad. The location is excellent, in the very center , but at the same time quiet. The cost also corresponds to the location, more than 5.5k per night.
We took a deluxe room , a comfortable room , everything for living . Only now the showers are a little poorly made in the shower and they penetrate . But this is not global , there is something to improve .
There were breakfasts, a large selection, unlimited coffee , satisfying, delicious. Without wow expectations , not bad at all . The staff are all hospitable, sociable, they can tell you a lot and even help you find a profitable tour. Thank you very much to everyone who participated and participates in creating comfort in the hotel. Above all praise , I will stop only here !
By the way, there are rooms with children 's beds, which is a big plus.

A very good hotel. Clean, cozy. We had a large room with a large bed and a very good mattress. I slept great.
I only got a B because I didn't really like the breakfasts. Everything was not much dried up. I can assume that the food is prepared early in the morning and then it just lies on the tables. The first day we arrived half an hour before closing time - it was generally not fun. We ate what was left.
Well, there was no shoe spoon in the room.
There is a safe, slippers, bathrobes, towels, shampoos, etc. But there is no spoon. I had to look for a store and buy.

The hotel is located in the very center, close to all the iconic places. The cleaning quality is good. There were problems with hot water - it was fixed quickly.
Unfortunately, we got a room in the old building. The interior of the room is generally satisfactory, if you do not look at the floor. The furniture is very tired, half of the drawers don't close, everything is kind of shabby, as if they brought something that they were going to throw away. The mattress is terribly uncomfortable, the springs dig into the body. The bathroom needs repair (there is a fungus). The bathroom door is locked from the outside (?!). On the last night we had the honor to see a cockroach.
The breakfast is tasteless, in my opinion, there must be something sweet - porridge / cheesecakes / pancakes, only incomprehensible yoghurts and glazed cheeses were offered from sweets.
The half-dead staff at the reception arrived at 6 a.m. to check in, the employee was literally asleep lying on the couch. They react very sluggishly to any requests, wi-fi began to work poorly on the last day, my question about it was answered with something like "yes, it doesn't work well, since yesterday." It feels like they didn't plan to fix it.
Probably, for this price, you shouldn't have expected more.

We stayed at the hotel in early January.
The hotel is quite expensive, the night costs a little more than 5t.r and the expectations were appropriate
On the plus side: just a great location. In the very center, next to a wonderful park.
The renovation is pleasant, stylish, everything is new. The beds are comfortable, white bed linen. There are disposable jars with shampoo and gel. Disposable brushes and cosmetic kits.
The breakfasts are not bad, there is quite a lot of everything. I would not say that everything is super tasty, but very good. The coffee is good! They can bring hot pancakes, it's cool. The staff themselves are very friendly, polite, they will always meet you halfway!
On the downside: I didn't notice that the room was being cleaned. Well, that is, during the week of our stay, we never had our bathrobes and bed linen changed. They change towels and accessories, make the bed and that's it. It was kind of upsetting.
The showers are very leaky.
In general, there is something to improve. But in general, it's not bad

Due to the workload, we stayed here several times, and always remained dissatisfied, but returned due to the fact that the air conditioning works perfectly in the rooms. If you settle on the 2nd-5th floor, then it is tolerable, but there are already 3 rooms on the 6th in a small corridor, which is why it can be extremely noisy.
