The quality of washing and maintenance is already nowhere lower. Cleaners work according to their own invented visiting rules. After standing in the general queue, the car washer invites the car from the side, arguing that "he borrowed". When calling this car wash, they reported that there was no recording, only a queue. I think this is rude and disrespectful to customers. Put things in order already.

There were five employees at the car wash, and two empty seats, I was denied service, I didn't even understand why, then one came up to me and offered to wait for someone to leave, I waited thirty minutes and left, they were left without a client, I didn't like this attitude.
