A good location, on the coast, a spacious office center overlooking the sea, the location is good, freshly renovated and a friendly hostess, there is a shop and coffee shops nearby

Excellent location in the city, the view of the sea from it is gorgeous. The building itself looks unusually interesting. The hall looks empty, unfurnished, not decorated.

Empty and uncomfortable. There is no paper or paper towels in the toilets. The offices are not thought out. Outside, the stairs are covered with tiles, and in winter they are very dangerous.
