Now about the cons, there is no sound insulation, you can hear the dialogues of neighbors on the same floor, quite clearly. The entrances are in poor condition. Water is often turned off, from May to September, every 3-4 weeks the water is turned off completely and every 1-2 weeks the hot water is turned off for a day. Elevators, in the 9th entrance often makes strange noises, in many entrances the elevator descends only to the 1st floor, you need to go up the stairs to the parking lot. The courtyard, a new playground was installed last year, looks good from the outside, but the quality of the playground is not the best. But this is not exactly a big drawback, it used to be much worse. If we go through the architecture, the design is boring, and there are panels installed outside that can start to fall in a couple of years, and this cannot be called safe. Also, to enter the courtyard with entrances, you need to climb stairs or a steep ascent for bicycles, although even on a bicycle it is quite difficult to climb this ascent, there is not much sense to talk about wheelchair users, just to enter the courtyard you need to either ask someone to help or pump up your hands. Railings have recently been installed in one of the lifts, but nothing has changed in the others.
If you go to the tips, then you need to build houses from another material or make the walls thicker, do not use cheap panels outside, do normal lifts so that everyone is comfortable, monitor the condition of entrances, install elevators and playgrounds of normal quality. You can also advise making houses with a more interesting design and making the entrances to the entrances transparent.
