Firstly, incompetent staff, has poor knowledge, constantly communicate with other employees for help when solving the issue. Secondly, they cannot provide a receipt for the transfer from card to card. I believe that this bank deliberately hides (I don't understand why) the data (checks) both in the application and in the bank's system in the long term. In other words, I couldn't prove to the recipient that I sent him the money.
