The service is pleasant: in the office, the staff helps with packing, explains everything and does it quickly. Pick-up points are widely represented, often even in small towns. They work cleanly, comfortably and without queues.

The order arrives broken the second time. The packaging is torn. The cargo is apparently being abandoned. CDEK has a low quality of transportation. And most importantly, they are not responsible for the safety of the cargo.

Disgusting office, incompetent staff. I received a parcel from Russia, the cost was in the region of 4500-5000 in terms of tenge. I sent back the SAME thing I received on 01.08. The operator offered to send an express for 6023 tenge. motivating the high speed of delivery. As a result, I was retroactively rolled out an additional 3.5 thousand. As a result, I paid 9.5 (!!!) thousand tenge against 5000, for the SAME THING!!! DO NOT USE THE SERVICES OF THIS DEPARTMENT!!!
