I sent the parcel 10137919884 - 07/14/2025. It was supposed to be delivered on 07/29/2025. As of today, 08/25/2025 has not been delivered, the status has not changed since 07/17/2025. There is an important document in the package. The operators are not competent. They just say that the package is in Ufa. During this time, the parcel could be delivered on foot!

I ordered delivery from Tbilisi to Batumi. There is a banner on the website that is delivered from 1 day, when placing an order on the website, SDEK issued a deadline of 2-3 days, but in fact the order was delivered only a week later!!! It took SDEK 7 whole days to cover the 400km journey. If you want problems, disregard and disrupted delivery times, then you are here!
