We tried to send the cargo - Uralsk - Moscow. The manager is insane - he cannot correctly transfer the order to the courier. They haven't been able to pick up the cargo from the warehouse for two days now - they come up with excuses and various reasons. The courier says that he arrived at the warehouse and the warehouse canceled the shipment... which is not true. The courier did not arrive, did not contact the warehouse... the service is disgusting…

I was sending a parcel from Uralsk to Moscow.
Polite managers, fast service.
Everything is clean and tidy, the parcel was quickly accepted, the documents were filled out and I am free.
