It is not very convenient to pick up an oversized item, it is difficult to drive up. Sending takes a lot of time. It would also be possible to get the goods faster. I give 5 points because they work well, shipping around the world is inexpensive and everything is convenient to send. Thank you, I recommend it!

I came to the department at 18.50, there was a queue, I was warned that the department was open until 19.00, okay, I wait and believe, but the last person was released at 19.03, and they refused to give me the parcel, citing the employee's personal time, on the one hand, I agree, on the other hand, is this my problem if I arrived on time + why is someone given a parcel after closing, and someone is told to get out? I was the last visitor, I waited for the parcel for a week and after work I hurried to pick it up, but alas

The pick-up point moved to Pervomaiskaya 25. And this is the best SDEC point in Mogilev – everything is always accurate, prompt and competent. I once sent a parcel at another point, to Ordzhonikidze, – I didn't like it at all, no one cares about anything, no matter what you ask, either they don't know, or they answer in such a way that they don't want to ask. At the same point of issue, everything is different!

How much I was pleasantly surprised by the work of the employees at Ostrovsky is nothing to say! The girl called several times, reminded me about the order, then called again when I could pick it up (and I couldn't leave the village) and whether to extend the paid storage. In general, thanks to that girl for her work and pleasant attitude to clients, unfortunately I do not know the name. It was about 10.06-15.06 And today, on 06/24, I ran into a gryzma, very unpleasant and evil!!! After all, it's a big deal when PEOPLE come across, not RODENTS. The impression and emotions I had after the conversation were appropriate!!!
