I used the services 2 times, with an interval of 5 years and nothing has changed during this period. As non-competent masters worked, so they work. The administrator has no idea what is going on in the salon, has no idea about the availability of materials, disinforming customers, the beautician is a redneck, there is no quality manicure master, as there was no 5 years ago. Perhaps I expect service from the wrong city, but at least I need to know what customer orientation and ethics of business communication are. In order to avoid wasting personal time, I recommend looking for another time.
