The best library . Everything is easy and understandable, the staff is very polite. It's nice to come here, there are a lot of different literature, a pleasant atmosphere.

I like being in the library, there are different books where you can get the necessary ones. The service is very good. But it's very cold in the library, why I don't know, their heating is very weak. There are always different press conferences there. there are various toys, kids, chess, checkers and so on.
