In short, there is one cool place that all the locals love. Exhibitions are constantly changing there, and sometimes just unreal things come across. Modern artists and decorators, as well as student works, usually hang out on the ground floor. On the top floor, they are most often exposed from funds. Admission is free! The only drawback is that there are no air conditioners.
