A great hotel for your money. The food is delicious in the restaurant. Friendly, polite and professional staff (which you don't often find in towns like Uralsk)). But there is one THING! Don't settle on the ground floor. The floors and ceilings are wooden, and any footsteps from above can be heard as if they were nearby. Everything is fine on the second floor. They say that there is a new building, but it only has studios (prices start from about 50,000 TENGE without breakfast, which seems like a lot for Uralsk). But in general, it's a place that you really want to return to.

The hotel is one of the best in Uralsk. Spacious modern rooms, clean linen. A toothbrush, slippers, etc. are provided on request. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, refrigerator. Of the disadvantages, only audibility.
The staff at the reception is very polite. In particular, I would like to mention Milan, who is very patient, kind, sincere, told everything in detail, answered all questions, including even before checking in via WhatsApp.

I have stayed at this hotel more than once, the hotel looks cheap, but the prices are cosmic for this level of the city, the noise level is strong, everything is audible, the cafe is open until 21:00, it seems that the prices there are also cosmic, slippers and personal hygiene products must be begged and not by default as in other hotels, I do not recommend for a personal vacation!
I had to stay because there was no place in the best hotels!

Average. I took a standard room, breakfast is not included, for a fee. The standard one for August 2024 costs 35,300 tenge, plus 5,000 breakfast. Strong audibility. Hair dryer, pasta, slippers all need to go, beg, but I want to come and have everything in the room at once. Next to the room, a rodent repeller is turned on in the outlet, which means they are there. There are apartments nearby, twice as cheap, more convenient and larger, but they were occupied. I will choose this place only as a last resort next time.

The hotel is more like a sanatorium, for breakfast you need to walk across the street from building to building, but at the same time the presence of tall trees reduces the noise from the city. Upon check-in, they said that breakfast was included in the room rate, at breakfast it turned out that an additional breakfast was required. Breakfast is a buffet, the staff consists of 1 person, if the guests came for breakfast in a group, then the next guest is waiting for the food distribution to be replenished. Upon arrival, one of the colleagues had only emergency lighting, they did not decide to fix this problem without the presence of a volunteer, they had to wait and be present. When leaving, they made accounting documents for a long time. Maybe you'll have better luck. There is a guarded parking lot. Rooms for 4/5.

A good hotel. I was on a business trip to Uralsk, I used the services of this hotel.
Of the advantages: -good and varied breakfasts;
- very polite staff;
-cleanliness, daily cleaning, change of linen and soap accessories;

-comfortable bed;
-water in the shower with normal pressure and normal temperature.

It is located in the very center, which was very convenient for me. The room is very clean and quite spacious. I was pleased with the large selection of TV channels. The breakfast is modest, but in my opinion very tasty. Its own free private parking. I noticed a minus for myself - only one small pillow.

A wonderful hotel. We stayed in a suite in building 2 from 07/28/22 to 08/22/2022. I liked everything very much. Comfortable rooms, decent breakfasts, and most importantly, silence, so necessary for relaxation. The work of the staff deserves special praise. Everything is clear, respectful and responsible. Secure parking on site. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board were provided upon request. Thank you very much for the service. A good hotel. The room is cleaned daily, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, toothpaste and brush are replenished daily. The towel for hands, feet and body is changed daily. Free laundry is also included. Water with or without gas, 2 bags of black and green tea, 2 instant coffees, 2 small strawberry jams and 2 small packages of cream for coffee only upon check-in.
Hair dryer and iron on request. If the room has breakfast, you go to the restaurant at the hotel there is food to choose from...

The hotel as a whole is not bad, good rooms with fresh renovation, hearty breakfasts.
But service is not the strong point of this hotel, with a fairly high cost of living!
Bottled water is available in the room only upon check-in, it is not updated after. Tea and coffee bags are available in the rooms, but there are no tea cups!
If a guest comes to you, he must present documents, make an appointment and a copy will be taken from his document, and if he does not have documents with him, he will stupidly not be allowed in.
The gym is closed at 20.15, although the opening hours are indicated until 22.00
The security is rude and not very smart, the girls at the reception are nice and polite, but they have to adhere to the stupid rules of the hotel.
