Yesterday we were at the cinema at the 21:35 session. The most beloved cinema, many halls.
But it is clear that lately the cinema manager has not been watching the staff and comfort at all, the men's toilet stinks like at the train station, there are huge queues in the store, the ticket offices work through one with a large flow of people.
And in general, everything in the store is sloppy, some kind of chaos and disorder

We were at the Chaplin cinema. Everything is fine, but there is one very important disadvantage - a very loud sound. It's uncomfortable to watch the movie because you have to strain yourself because of the very loud acoustics. Firstly, it is annoying, and secondly, it distracts from watching the movie. Please adjust the sound level for the administration of the cinema. Make it adequate so as not to go deaf, so that you can enjoy watching 100 percent.

I really love the Mega on Rozybakiev and the cinema in it. There used to be consistency, everything was fine. And now... those personnel who are standing at the checkout apparently do not know what they are selling and do not know in which hall what kind of session and movie they are showing. Today I was in hall 4 and according to the ticket that I bought, another movie was indicated, and according to the actual one, they showed me a completely different movie. A wonderful cinema. Not cheap, but the best movie drinks and snacks store, lots of halls, very comfortable seats. There are VIP rooms, they have a separate entrance for sofas and armchairs like Emirates. I am happy to go with my wife and children.

There are expensive and harmful products in the huge hall of the store . And the constant queues at the ticket office do not allow people who want to buy a ticket to be served quickly. Dirty toilets. For relatively expensive tickets, this is not clear. The only thing that pleases is the children 's room . A good idea for young families.

We bought tickets online. We arrived by taxi. We took popcorn and Coke. We went into the hall. A couple of minutes later, an employee came and said that Keane would not be there (sound malfunction) - the hall was closed for the second session in a row (although tickets were sold at the ticket offices just a few minutes before).
He said that those who bought online should also make a refund online. But since the session has already started, this is done not through the return button, but through a support ticket by email (2k24y in the yard)
We walked around the shopping center waiting for an answer, and when we were going to order a taxi, an answer came from the online service that a refund should be requested from the cinema, lol
We returned to the cinema, and after two handshakes we reached the reception. After 10 minutes of conversation, we received the following: 'Within 3 days, someone will contact you via whatsapp (2k24th in the yard) and will try to issue a refund'
To the question 'What if he doesn't get in touch?'they replied, 'They will contact us, the 14th hall is not working all day, and we are dealing with refunds all day.'

6000 tenge for a morning session, and even without discounts for a child - it's very expensive!
Did the premium format meet the expectations for such money? Definitely not!
Firstly, for some reason the film was shot without glasses, in 2D, and even with huge Kazakh subtitles in half a screen🫣
Where is 3D? Why do we charge such money for tickets? In other halls, the same film was shown in 3D...
Well, the jambs when equipping the hall - the screen lights, the light bulb between the chairs was so striking in the eyes - that I even took it off on my phone, look at it.
The effects of moving chairs are cool, I liked them. But the puffing of air in the face, soap bubbles - distracted from the plot, the feeling of cheapness.
In general, the 4DX format is purely an attraction, it is suitable for very children's films, or brainless action. Considering the biting ticket price + by no means the ideal quality of the film screening, I'm unlikely to go any further. Better in Imax.

But there is a misunderstanding about the tickets. Some can be bought in advance one day in advance, others cannot. At the same time, the schedule remains the same for the next day. It's also a minus that the site doesn't work and you can only watch sessions through it, but you can't buy a ticket online (maybe such a function is not provided by the site, I'm not sure anymore)
