I bought an Emsa Travel Mug Grande 500 ml thermocup here. There are no complaints about the mug. I was also pleased with the delivery. The thermocup retains heat for about 6 hours. It's not leaking, so far (1.5 weeks have passed only), the design is also good. I took it as a gift for February 23rd. The issue is with the sales organization. I asked them for a sales receipt, which can be downloaded (sample) on the Internet, then filled out according to the organization's details and stamped, nothing complicated, so I've been waiting for it for 1.5 weeks... They do not respond to messages, they ignore them... It's not pleasant, in general. And one gets the feeling that this is a trader at the market behind the counter, and not a solid and serious organization.
