Initially, a not very pleasant situation came out - I bought a watch on ozone, there was a quality problem and the seller refused to contact me in any way. I wrote to the manufacturer, explained the problem (admittedly, too emotionally), but Alina, the quality manager, did not focus on this and only asked a few clarifying questions. The problem was solved in the shortest possible time and as comfortable as possible for me. Thanks to this, only positive impressions remained about the products and the plant as a whole. Thank you very much!

Great factory, great products! But it would be very nice if you had a small retail store. It is clear that this is an extra cost for the company and the cost of maintenance and wiring, but we are not talking about the price. Put the same price as the retail ones, but it would be a shop where you can choose from ALL your products. It's a matter of choice. Many people would go to you for a watch and not to small wholesale companies.
I don't know, I'm talking from the buyer's side. Everything is different for you, of course.
