The place is pretentious, the staff is well-trained (but for some reason our waiter slowed down this evening). The veranda offers a good view of the Caspian Sea. The interior is without frills, the lighting is too intimate, it seems that you are sitting at dusk. When compared with other restaurants, I did not feel any special culinary delights. Beautiful place! Delicious, comfortable, cozy! The first impression is very positive 👍 The presentation of the shah pilaf is creative, bravo to the guys - waiters! Lemonade is magical. Desserts for my taste - Moscow ones are tastier!
Once we attended a business lunch, a good selection of dishes.

A nice restaurant on the waterfront! Prices are more expensive than most places in Baku, although the cuisine is not particularly surprising. At the entrance, the girl informed us that all the sofas and seats near the windows were reserved, although after 2.5 hours no one came to them, and we asked to put them there. There was almost no one in the hall, and the order was carried for a very long time, as well as the bill at the end of dinner, and I had to wait about 20 minutes for the change! The waiters are very sluggish! We ordered dishes of Azerbaijani cuisine, everything is delicious, but without frills. I would also like to mention a very tasty chicken kebab. Saj was very fat and there was almost no meat in it, but a lot of vegetables! Cocktails are 4 out of 5.

Stunning view, gorgeous terrace, that's it, I come 4 times, it used to be delicious, now I put food out of 5, three with a minus! The service leaves much to be desired, after dinner we ordered dessert with tea, tea was waited for 15 minutes! Seriously!!? 15!!! We ate dessert, and after 3 requests where is our tea, it was finally brought to us. I am very upset, because earlier, when I was in Baku, I always came here and recommended my friends to everyone.

Beautiful interior, lots of greenery, the combination of colors pleases the eye.
We chose salads, cabbage rolls and cabbage rolls (with the addition of quinces, chestnuts)
It was very tasty.

The waiter was polite , advised what to take, explained.

We came here on recommendation, advised as a very tasty place by several people.
We were put on the ground floor, where it is so dark that the menu is not visible. Delicious salad with crispy eggplant, shish kebab is a little over-dried. Kutabs generally have one name - a flat small round pancake instead of a crispy and large one.
The most decent place and the program is only on the second floor.

Everything is written correctly below: the food is mediocre, the service is too. And don't look that it's Ginza.
The pilaf was dry. When ordering a salad of Baku tomatoes, they asked what sauce was needed, recommended dogwood, it turned out that this was another salad one and a half times more expensive, after the claim, the truth was taken as for the ordered salad. Dirty dishes are cleaned at the wrong time, although they pass by, drinks are not poured into glasses on time.

An expensive restaurant, designed by Arkady Novikov. I took phali, eggplant rolls with cheese filling. I liked the phali very much, the rolls are smaller.
The restaurant is not quite in the center, near the Ferris wheel. There is a good view on the veranda. The waiters are attentive and knowledgeable.

Everything is delicious, but! We ordered a hookah and brought it. There was no menu with hookah prices. After it was brought, we asked the price, to which we received the answer that the hookah costs $ 100! When asked where the menu was, they said that "it is not accepted here." Therefore, be interested in the cost in advance. Most likely, they come up with prices on the go.
One of the advantages is probably the best view of Baku at night from the restaurant's veranda.

In my opinion, one of the top restaurants in Baku, the one that you can visit every time you are in the capital. And he won't get bored. Top materials for the interior, the interior itself, the window transformation system - all this creates an atmosphere of luxury. A good view of both the city and the Caspian Sea, a terrace, a location on the embankment, service, rabbit-type jokes, a playground, national cuisine, everything is OK. This is a place where they support and monitor the quality level: they came once and you know what to expect next time. Someone's place will go to 5 stars, and I put 4 stars out of harmfulness, well, I don't like to put maximum ratings!
