Sometimes work for "thank you". After working with them, an unpleasant impression remained, although in the beginning everything was fine. They supply cheap and often low-quality products to kindergartens and schools.

I had a chance to work. Due to the fact that the management decided to move the warehouse to another city, it was proposed to write a statement by agreement of the parties before the expiration of the contract, in case of refusal they promised to calculate poorly, which they subsequently did. All this happened on the eve of the New Year, when there is not much work. As a result, she was left without a job and without money. When the move was carried out, the collapsible structure, in which the accounting staff were located, was dismantled in our presence, without taking care of our safety. For the last week and a half, when it had to be finalized, it was cold, the water was turned off, rats were running around the warehouse. We promised that we would work until December 15, as a result, we announced a simple payment of 2/3 of the salary, but since the salaries prescribed in the contract are significantly less than the minimum wage in the country, and the main part of the salary is a bonus, then the payment turned out to be very small. Wages for November were underestimated, although there were no violations, and there was even processing, as invoices were issued for moving goods to another city after the end of working hours. The recycling was not paid for. Due to the non-payment of the bonus for November, severance pay was paid, simple. The base for calculating compensation for unused vacation and severance pay was deliberately underestimated. Not to mention the moral side, when they just did not say goodbye, and did not say thank you for the work, although the deputy.The director promised that everything would be great and we would count on you well. I do not recommend anyone to get a job in an organization where a small salary is prescribed in the contract, the rest of the amount is paid by a bonus, and the amount of salary is negotiated verbally. A very good loophole for unscrupulous employers.
