I really liked everything, the atmosphere is great! We played enough of all the games that probably exist, we played virtual reality, the boys also played some kind of retro slot machine, a lot of board games and table football, which even the girls played. And the biggest plus is possible with your own food and drinks and even alcoholic ones)

A great place to relax with your own alcohol, food. Personally, in my opinion, only one VIP room for a company for 6 people is comfortable. Shallow for a maximum of 4, if there are 5 of you, there is already nowhere to turn around, but at the same time there is a comfortable sofa in it, the window is large and not stuffy.

We booked this place a week in advance for Friday, a company of 10 people gathered, ordered food delivery from different places directly to the place, but they WOULDN'T LET us IN!!!! The receptionist came out drunk (or under something else) with mayonnaise on his lips and said that our appointment was for Thursday, we're leaving guys, it's busy here. He did not let us contact the management, did not provide a recording of the conversation, did not answer the question, why did they not call us on Thursday, did not answer the question, why two hours earlier, when I confirmed the reservation, they told me that they were waiting for us, and the question of how to solve our problem now and where to go To 10 people with 20 boxes of pizzas, pies and sushi, he replied: go for a walk on Oktyabrskaya. I am sure you will not find such rudeness, arrogance and humiliation in a normal civilized society. If there's anything I can do now, it's just to warn people not to ever think about spending their time here.

The small VIP room is very small, there will be little room to dance in it, only if you sit on the couch and sing. There is no air conditioning, only a fan, but in hot weather the room turns into a steam room.
I really liked the large VIP room with a projector, there is plenty of space for dancing and air conditioning.
I was pleased with the 10% discount on my birthday)

We rested in VIP 1, a company of 6 people, and it feels like the maximum for such a room. Karaoke is so-so, a lot of difficulties, control from the game joystick, the microphone is ringing, the sound is quiet. Karaoke via YouTube, there is advertising (since it is not YouTube premium).
The staff is good, they immediately came up and fixed problems.

Responsibility is lame, and the administrator \ staff does not have a look: it seems tolerable, but there are notes of indifference to the client, even in the facial expression. Not every console has all the games, even in the VIP room, well, okay, they told us that they would bring the console from the MK- we waited for it for 2 hours (no, they didn't bring it), in the end they said: "We asked you for a list of games at the time of booking," as you understand, no one did anything I asked. The club itself looks good, they were not rude, although it pleases. There is no point in taking VR at all, they took it for two hours - they tried to set it up for about an hour, eventually they postponed it. We asked for help: four times, but only two came to us, which did not help at all, and even the movies stopped working. I asked to comment on these issues, but they didn't write anything to me.
