The "champion" is head and shoulders above many HUNDRED in the city! I use the services of this service station. I will try to be objective. I give 3.5 stars. Advantages: 1. Relatively new building and equipment. 2. Original consumables are available at reasonable prices. 3. The cost of maintenance is significantly lower than that of an authorized dealer. 4. There are many lifts and craftsmen. Minuses: 1. During the next maintenance, a part was damaged, the cost of which is about 30 thousand tenge and the delivery time is more than 2 months. I did NOT have to pay for the work to eliminate the identified defect. 2. Consumables, namely ordinary nylon clamps, the master asks to purchase separately (4 pcs.), the cost of which is 100 tenge per piece, despite the fact that a pack of 100 pieces in any store is 700 tenge, that is, 7 tenge per piece. And here it is 15 times more expensive - 100 tenge. I'm not sorry)) But the feeling that you were cheated on pennies remained. 3. Customer service is also a minus. A lot of things can be noted. You won't feel comfortable here. It's like you came with your problems and you're not welcome)) 4. You run from the car to the cash register. Then run and buy clamps, then some other small thing. Then run and pay for a piece of paper on you. Bring it and show it. My personal opinion is that they have a lot to grow and need to grow. Otherwise, normal service stations with customer-oriented service will open, the masters will be lured away and the Champion will die. Which I don'T want him to do. Look at an example of car washes. The FM opened and everyone stood up... I will drive)))
