The hall is small but cozy, I think it might work. However, the prices are too high in my opinion. Even in comparison with Minsk. For example, a haircut is 25 rubles and a beard is 20 rubles. For comparison, Minsk is 42 rubles, but eternal discounts of forty or thirty percent and these are very good salons and barbershops in expensive rental chairs and places of worship. Bottom line, personally, I can get the service for 25-30 rubles full full in a cool place in the capital. What am I talking about: Borisov, cheap rent, few meters, this is a high price.
