Previously, I did dry cleaning in the car well, 2 years have passed, BUT today I took the car and was shocked , the Renault car,,,first, promised to remove the seats well cleaned, probably forgot, a pile of sand between the arch and the rear seat, probably also forgot, the plastic on the door cards is stained, the car after polishing, the remnants of the paste had to be wiped off with a finger at the washer!!! And I saw all this when it was dark in the evening!! We'll see in daylight. The employee's answer is that it is not included in the price, but now the question is? Is 400 rubles the normal price for a budget car???? I was in a hurry and accepted it as it is, but the Director promised to figure it out, but alas, silence so far!! I thought that if it was expensive, then the quality should be, I always recommended them to drive 2 cars to them for dry cleaning earlier, but now the question is??? Is it worth it

I've only been once, and I won't go again. As for the staff, they were polite, led to the waiting room, offered water and coffee. But as for the quality of services, you will not like it at all. They vacuumed badly, coffee was spilled on the rubber mat, and it remained on the mat. The panel, the interior was not rubbed, although they offered it themselves…She rubbed herself on arrival home. The smell of a damp cloth haunted me for another half hour on the way home. In addition, the varnish from the hood came off after this wash.

I drove the car into the car wash box, gave the keys and went to the store. I come back in an hour and a half, the car has already been kicked out, I pay, go to the car, and the paint was stripped off in two places. I call one of the employees, show him the places where the paint was torn off, and he says to me: "This means that you had a problem, our cleaners do not look at every centimeter of your car, warn next time." And that's all, he added only that the primer is zinc, the car will not rust and left. And for me, this is already minus the money from the sale of cars.
Another disadvantage is that they did not dry the charging port and did not ask me what to do with it, but drove the car out of the box immediately onto the street and my charging port froze (after all, an electric car ), it's good that I have a garage and it thawed overnight. But if I didn't have it …

I arrived at the appointed time and waited for the receptionist for a while. Evgeny came and told me to put the car in 1 Box. The car was washed very quickly and told to pick it up. When I kicked out the car, I was just stunned… Not only that, the mirrors, where the rear number was not wiped dry and there were a few stains on the windows, but these are small things, I might not have noticed, BUT THE CAR IS ALL OVER THE BARREL, BEHIND, ON the taillights, on the roof IN SMALL SCRATCHES, AS IF THEY WERE SANDPAPER…When I complained to Eugene, he told me that there was nothing to brush in winter... etc. And he did not admit guilt. Of course, I'm a girl and you can pour anything into my ears, BUT not to the same extent. She couldn't achieve anything herself and was with the child, returned with her husband, watched the video and IT CLEARLY SHOWS ALL THE MOVEMENTS OF EUGENE AND THE SCRATCHES ON THE CAR MATCH. And you can see how he washes the area of the rear wheel with a rag, and then immediately starts using this rag on the roof.Of course, he did not admit guilt. So far, we have only written in the complaint book and we will move on. Eugene also shouted to me that he had seen my car back in the autumn at this Car Wash and it was in terrible condition ... how can you go to such lies, just not to admit guilt, it's just terrible!!!! I have never been to this Car Wash and accidentally decided to stop by it!!!! And

We were satisfied. BUT another time, after washing, an unpleasant situation happened - the director behaved very badly: insulted, shouted, was rude, threatened, humiliated instead of politely resolving the situation. P.S. I want to add my review after 8 months. Everything was fine, the director changed, and with his appearance, the car wash began to develop for the better. But it wasn't enough.
Once, because of the administrator, the director apologized and offered a free car wash. Which I refused, because service is more important to me than a freebie.
The car was badly washed the second time. I was in a hurry and only saw near the house that even the openings had not been wiped ...
Another interesting point, I ordered the blackening of rubber, but it was not done. And I was reproached for not telling the cleaner what to do. But then they did it anyway 😂
I wrote to them in Yandex. Direct, the girl first offered to come to fix the joints, and then a discount on the sink. Which I also successfully refused.
The desire to use the services of this car wash has completely disappeared from the word.
